"Stetson meadows is a great overall apartment complex, the apartment that I’m in is very spacious for my daughter and I. I’m grateful for the help from Miss Nicole and Miss Karen in the office, helping me get into my apartment and always working w me to solve any problems. I’m happy to be renewing my lease here!"
"I would drive past these apartments almost every day to get to my old apartment, my old apartment had a sudden fire sprinkler accident. All of my things got damaged and management at the old apartment complex w want to do anything to help me but put me in a New unit and have me pay half of the month even though I had already paid for a full month. I decided to stop in here a couple days before the end of the month and I spoke with Karen about any availabilities. She was getting ready to leave but she stayed to show me a garage and apartment. I filled out an application with her, and the next morning I got a call from Nicole saying I can move in whenever I’m ready. Karen and Nicole have been nothing but such a help, my apartment wasn’t perfect when I moved in but they have had the maintenance team on top of it fixing any minor or major problem. The two years I lived in my old department I can say the two weeks I’ve lived at these apartments have made me feel like home. Neighbors are friendly, and so is the maintenance team. I feel like I live in a real community and I just can’t thank Karen and Nicole for making it happen literally in a matter of 16 hours."
"First off, not reinstating the lease here. Upstairs downstairs, everywhere, people are thumping, slamming, yelling. People can't keep their annoying kids in check. (Apartment life so understandable) Secondly, TWO work orders, and THREE attempts to contact someone to fix the following issues, door handle feel off and we currently have to open the door in a frustrating (fire safety concern) way, dryer overheats and doesn't dry clothes (even the smallest of loads), the AC/heat systems sounds like it's about to fall from the ceiling. Third, are you kidding me with the parking? At times I've had to park outside of the units or walk quite a distance in the cold or at night. Then you're going to say we have to pay for parking??? 3$ a night for a guest??? All while they scrape your pockets for 1800$ a month. "I take rent seriously here, and will kick people out" -Front desk lady. There's better places for rent for 1800$ trust me. Oh and on top of that my car was broken into a problem they've had for a while and refuse to address. Greedy all around and it's frustrating because this was my first apartment."
"Unfortunately, they will scam you out of your money. I am incredibly disappointed with this apartment complex. I moved out and after a month I called requesting the status of my deposit, they informed me that they had up to 60 days to return my deposit. So I left it be expecting to receive my deposit back once time had passed. Then without notice or any communication, they sent a bill to collections for over $600 negatively affecting my credit score! They didn’t give me a single call, email, or letter which is illegal and why I will pursue legal action at this point. There were no damages in the apartment, and I know everyone says that so just in case I was wrong and we did indeed damage something I did not know about I decided to call and find out what exactly the issue is - they have yet to return any of my phone calls. They operate in an extremely poor manner - I WOULD NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX."
"The maintenance guy was super fast and very professional and compassionate. He got the job done thanked me and I thanked him back. The maintenance guys are such hard workers their days are backed and stacked up. I don’t feel they get the acknowledgment for the hard work and dedication that they do around our community, and should be receiving bonuses on a regular basis along with a healthy raise. For our maintenance guys in our community I just want to say I appreciate you the hard work that you do. I appreciate your kindness, the level of respect that you have for our community and I appreciate all the help and effort that you put in each and every time for this beautiful community that we all share ."
