"The buildings are bug infested. Maintenance men will stalk residents. The leasing office manager DENIED my letter to break the lease even though it was domestic violence related and the letter was from a DV organization. Neighbors have put their ears to my front door to listen to what’s happening in my apartment. The grounds constantly have trash and dog feces. Cars will be towed despite being registered in guest parking. Cars are constantly being broken into. Water is constantly shut off and poor water pressure. The office ladies are rude and don’t have a sense of understanding to any situation. Any emails from the office are non professional and misspelled."
"THE GOOD: Maintenance is quick. I put in a work order for my fridge and had it taken care of the same day. Kevin was awesome and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. They also keep the grounds pretty clean. I've heard some people have had issues with bed bugs and roaches however, I have not even seen a spider and everything works as it should. THE BAD: They raise the rent $100 a year which is absurd! There are A LOT of ignorant people here. I have had trash thrown in the back of my truck, my valve stem covers stolen, my hitch stolen, my mail and gifts stolen and the mailboxes have been broken into. Other people have had their license plates stolen, their tires slashed and their cars broken into. They seriously need to install cameras. Management needs improvement."
"Definitely not worth what you pay for. The stairs are in disrepair (they only replace them if they completely break), the soffit is rotten and decrepit, the concrete and railings are crumbling, the windows leak and acquire condensation, there isn't A/C in a lot of the units, there are no security cameras and, if you do laundry here, good luck trying to put money on your card; the machine is located inside the office and only accessible Monday through Friday during office hours (or the hours they decide to be in the office). The new secretary, Teresa, is ignorant, walks around like she's better than everyone and will interrupt your conversation and raise her voice if she feels like you're not listening to her. The emails and texts received from the office are often misspelled and not very well written. I have never had any issues with bugs or spiders, although it seems that several other residents have. The only pros I can think of are that water, trash, internet and satellite are included in the rent and the maintenance guys are usually quick to respond/remedy any maintenance issues."
"If you want to live somewhere in filth, this is your best bet. Management will harass you weekly, the original viewing is not what you're about to move into, your home will be poisoned monthly for bugs, so forget bringing pets and food. Be prepared to empty cabinets and move furniture every month... they will enter your home if you do not answer, and they will fine you for everything. People work. Inspections are during work hours... you will pay the fine. Your car will be towed.fact of the matter is, they're coming inside your home to observe your corridors and belongings . Management changes every 6 months because they're lost. The pool is full of dirt and grassed over poorly, the park is a pile of weeds. If this is the place for you, have at it! Already contacted my lawyer"
"I left my apartment better than I found it and they still kept most of my deposit. I guess they take money where they can get it. If you’re cool with that, and bed bugs, this is the perfect place for you. Maintenance guys are the highlight of this place and I’m sure they’re underpaid."
