"This is a horrible place all around. The management, safety for tenets. The power boxes spark, no heat for months at a time. Then evicted at last minute because they can’t figure out how to fix things!! The list could go on and should but…… This place should be shut down!!!!"

"If I could give no stars I would. Since moving here I have no water almost on a monthly basis for days. Also power is shut off often. High homeless population breaking into apartments. Main office is almost never in the actual office and never return phone calls. Ready for my lease to be up so I can leave."

"Lived there back in 2011 and was packed with bed bugs and they would never spray. Long story short we broke it lease bc we literally had to throw all out furniture and beds and rebuy everything bc of them. Fast forward to now. They are wanting us to pay 10000+ for us leaving instead of getting ate up by bed begs. I still have pictures if interested in seeing. I think it is wrong that you are punishing your tenants for wanting to leave for unfit conditions."

"I have had 2 vehicle towed out of the parking lot since I have lived here by a tow company that works for the apartments. Both vehicles were new. They find any way they can make an extra dollar off you, a bunch of crooks if you ask me. I'm gone asap. Homeless man sleep in the hallways against your doors, and if you move them out of your doorway you will be fined. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Scam artists is what this place is really about! We had lived in these apartments in 2012. To begin with, when we first moved in we had no issues everything was going really well with this property. A few months after moving in we started noticing black spots coming up on our bathroom ceiling, at first we thought it was just scum or dirt so we tried to clean it but then it got worse and spread a little further, we contacted the office and was told we would have to get a mold company to come in and inspect it and we would have to pay the bill which would have been $300 or more, we couldn't do that but the office didn't do anything for that issue. Next we started noticing roaches in the hallways of the building and in our kitchen cabinets. We immediately contacted the office again and they told us just to get our own bug killer and put it in the apartment, well we tried that, it wasn't working so our next step was to contact the code enforcement. The guy came out and inspected and told us he would tell maintenance to come up and spray our kitchen and he would come out every week to make sure they were doing it. Maintenance did come and spray for the next few weeks but not enough to solve the problem plus when they sprayed it was sloppy they only went around the bottom of the cabinets in the kitchen and left puddles of chemicals on the floor. (Plus management said the spray would not even solve the problem.) After a month of this the city worker came back out and closed the case basically saying no more could be done. Nothing else was done about the roaches even though we kept contacting the office but they made it seem like it was our fault the roaches were there, which of course it wasn't. Then we stopped receiving our mail. The reason he stopped coming is because the building where our mailboxes were became infested with mold also. In this same time frame my boyfriend had gotten jumped and beaten up outside of the building, come to find out they were letting armed gang members live in this same place. Yes, the police were called and a report was filed but nobody was arrested. We had told management about this and they brushed it off as not a big deal and said the men were moving out soon anyway. We were so sick and tired of being brushed off, of being scared for our safety and our health that we decided the best decision was to move out before things got any worse. We moved out before the lease was up but I believe there are certain rules or laws that state if a living facility is unsafe or unhealthy leases can be terminated. Now over 2 years later we get a collections bill in the mail from a collection agency saying we owe them them a few grand in repairs and other fees which is outrageous and a straight up lie!! I would like to also state that this is the very first time we have heard anything from them since we moved out, they have not contacted us once since 2012 even though they had phone numbers and email contacts. If we broke or damaged anything we repaired it and fixed it ourselves. We left it in better condition then what it originally was! Yes, we did leave a small couch for them to discard in the apartment but it had started growing cockroaches too and there was no way we would be moving with it with the rest of our belongings it was bad enough we had to set a bug bomb off in our u-haul to make sure none would be moving with us. We are strongly debating this with the collection agency now, plus I still have all the pictures of this apartment and all the roaches and mold. Please save yourself the stress and headache of not choosing this place. I do not understand with all these other reports I’ve seen and the BBB rating why this place has not been shut down and condemned yet!!! Oh and don't let the no pets allowed rule fool you everybody in this place had dogs or cats."
