"Worst place I have ever lived. Maintenance took 3 months to get to our first work order. The work orders kept getting closed out by management without being done to “clean out the system.” We had to keep reentering them. They replaced the dumpsters with only one poorly maintained compactor. As a result we were unable to use this utility for almost two months as it was overflowing. They had my rental car towed due to their own incompetence in recording the license plate number. (The leasing agent snatched my phone from my hands and entered the wrong information) We tried contacting them multiple times after moving out to dispute the charges but refused to contact us back. Stay far away from these apartments! If I could give this place, zero stars, I would"
"If you intend to move here make sure you know the parking policy. As a current resident now I was not told about the strict parking until after I signed my lease agreement. It’s set up to where you cannot have friends or family come visit without the fear of their vehicle getting towed. My friend’s vehicle got towed; had a parking pass and parked right in-front of the visitor parking sign and still got towed. We were told it was not close enough inside the sign even tho he parked right in-front of it. I wish I would have known about the parking so I could have the ease of mind that I can go home and park or not worry about a friends, family members or even about your own vehicle getting towed. I see EVERYDAY multiple vehicles getting towed. Honestly not worth having to register a car when someone comes over even for 10-15 minutes cause you fear their car will get towed and you have to pay $300 to get it out."
"I would NOT recommend moving into these apartments. The crime is insanely high. These thieves have BALLS too! Someone stole my bike in broad daylight while I was unloading the uhaul first day. Not even a week into living here and someone stole half the wheels off my car in the middle of the night and left my car sitting on rocks. Just don’t do it if you like your safety. Not to mention the apartment was filthy and kitchen/bathroom are super outdated."
"The staff here are wonderful. I applied, was approved very quickly with lots of great communication between them, and upon inspection, found there to be a horrid urine smell in the carpet. They said it would not be a problem that Friday and had the carpet entirely replaced by that Monday. I look forward to my time here!"
"I lived at Antero for years when I first moved in it was called Tanager Meadows. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after I was contacted by a collection agency you deserve nothing less. I called your office 03/16/2023 requesting to speak to the manager as usual you were not there and of course there have been no attempts to call me back. I had to make an appointment to talk to you before I moved out because you just don't have the time, and then you acted as if you had no idea what goes on there. I turned my keys in 10/03/2022 was I glad to get out of there. We had an agreement that I would pay the last utility bill, which I never received. No one in your office ever sent me a bill or made any attempt to contact me so I could pay it. I transferred my bills over to the new address, I thought I was good. You wait until March of 2023 to send the bill to the collection agency. You had my forwarding address and my number has not changed. The only address they had was the old one. After I turned in my notice to vacate last summer my Air Conditioner went out I placed several work orders to get it fixed they never fixed it. I went for months without an AC, I would get home at night and my apartment was hot as hell. They deleted the work orders of the portal without ever completing them. I had to deal with trash, broken windows, which they covered with ply wood, gunshots, murder in the adjacent building, people trying to break into my apartment, loud music throughout the day/night, the laundry room was always trashed, the list goes on. I saw that place deteriorate over the years, your staff is a joke, you have open signs on the door, and half the time no one is there. It used to be a community where we did things together, you felt welcome. That complex used to be a good till you took over and let it fall apart. I wish I would have kept all the pictures I took over the years I only have a few to post. That dark building was mine as you can see the lights were out that was ongoing the entire time I was there. Yes, that was a safety issue. People did whatever they wanted there without any consequence and you wonder why it fell apart."
