"It is under new ownership. We moved everyone out, gutted it, and are completely remodeling it. It has been abated for any asbestos , professionally fumigated. Plumbing and electrical have been updated, new roof, solar panels, new flooring, cabinets, appliances, doors, bathtubs, vanity's, toilets, tile, etc ...... It will become available later this summer for rent. At that time the owner and his management team will advertise it."
"If you were looking for a sign, here it is. DO NOT rent through this property or Parkview Apartments. It is NOT SAFE, especially if you are a woman and/or have children or even pets! Do yourself a favor and go ahead and cross those two off your list. Your housing rights WILL be violated at some point. Management is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE. It is NOT WORTH the “cheap” rent."
"Very poor quality. Just had a shooting a few weeks ago two doors down from my apartment. There's a roach problem and the other tenants are rude, party animals who spill out into the commons area and cause so much noise, often drunk or fighting. I've had to call noise control about 6 times in the past 3 months. Speaking of animals, no one picks up their dog poop, so it always smells. Parking is first come first serve, and laundry room is filthy."
"Dont move here this place is dirty owner moves in people that keep this place bad .I cant wait to move .I feel the ownrer dont care we had cockroaches and mouse here .Not safe area and when you call and complain tjey dont do nothing about it .Not clean no maintenance to keep this place clean .Cant eait to move outh when my lease is done ."
"They changed ownership twice in the year I lived there. The first management/maintenance team only fixed the place enough to sell the apartment. The next one did the same same with minor repairs and some new paint, but dod take the time to repair major problems. The newest owner doesnt have a dedicated team at the complex to resolve issues or maintain the building. The broken patio door handle from when I moved in was still broken when I left. Aside from that, the rent increases every 6 months. The new owner requires a bill pay system that adds additional fees and no longer allows you to pay early. I travel a lot so I like to pay a couple of months in advance when I know I'll be away. Moving out was very difficult and I'm still trying to resolve the issue. My lease end on the last day of Oct2017. I put my notice in mid September and notified them that I will leave a day early and would like a walk through prior to departing so I wouldnt get charged for fake cleaning charges. Carpet shampooed, fridge/oven cleaned and all room cleaned. The guy walked through and said everything looks to standard and that I didnt owe anything based off the walk through. 04Dec2017, i received part of my deposit because they charged a day for 01Nov2017 and a carpet cleaning fee. 02Jan2018, I called and was told that they are still looking into the charge. Update. 02feb18. Was told that my notice that was submitted 27sep17 wasnt received by "corporate" till 03oct17 so they charged me the extra days because it wasnt a 30 days notice. I emailed it on the 27th and call to confirm receipt by the manager the next day. I also placed a copy on their drop box on the 27th, but since they didint process it, they wont refund me for the extra day charged."
