"The office team has gone out of their way to make me feel welcome! They expedited the process and have checked on me from time to time to make sure things are up to my expectations. My car was broken into one night soon after moving in. I don't keep valuables in my car because of prior break-ins This happened at other apartments, so it wasn't too bad. But the difference here is that the sharp maintenance crew discovered it and notified management. Madisyn proactively called to alert me and came out personally to inspect the issue with me and write a report. Soon emails were sent out to advise residents of options to help in similar situations! No other apartment complex I've had this happen has proactively done anything like this before. These guys are amazing and make me feel welcome and appreciated! For Christmas they even brought in live reindeer and Santa for the children, with refreshments for all! Who does that?? Way to go, Stella, Ines, Madisyn, Juan, and Julio!!!"
"For us Madisyn Hurst was the deal maker, we visited this property right after visiting Courtland at Barnes and North Powers where we didn't feel welcome at all, but Madisyn made us feel at home right away, and also throughout the application process and while we lived there, Madisyn made things simple and straighforward. The maintenance staff was great as well, they responded very promptly to our requests, and were very friendly. The property is safe, we didn't experience any issues, and they are continuously looking for ways to improve, while we were there they maintained the pavement and painted all parking spots. We would happily come back to live in this property."
