"We’ve been here for almost 4 years. It’s nice and quiet here. The landlord here is really nice. The people are willing to help you us. Colleen is really nice if you want something done she’ll get will get done soon as she can. She’s very very understanding."

"Very clean grounds. Love the upgrades and excellent communication with management regarding appointments. Repairs are done in a very timely manner. My child and I feel safe here and we love the neighborhood. The heated pool, BBQ, and fountain by the pergola are such lovely amenities to relax and enjoy during the summer months. They have the best snow shovellers during the winter! I have lived here many years. Keep it up Birchwood!"

"Stayed with a friend who lived here, there was a horrible roach infestation. There is a monthly pest control fee but they clearly never do any kind of pest control. Ceilings drip in the winter. Multiple occasions of people trying to look through the windows into the apartment. Eviction notices would always be dated multiple days before the day they were given to you so you’d have even less time to do anything about it."

"DON'T LET THESE OTHER REVIEWS FOOL YOU. THE MANAGEMENT HAS MADE ACCOUNTS TRYING TO BOOST THEIR REVIEWS. We have paid rent and have receipts to prove we've paid but the property insists we pay rent again for the month, court date will be after I comeback from deployment.. which I have received letters from the property saying I "lied about employment in the armed forces""

"I wish it had ZERO STARS I kept calling about my deposit kept showing up there and all of a sudden I FINALLY got all my mail forwarded to me at my new residence where I know live and they sent me a letter stating I am not getting my deposit back there were too many damages in my apartment are you freaking kidding me I gave them the sheet of paper that shows what was wrong in the freaking apartment including the blinds I moved in the water was leaking the toilet wouldn't flush like it needed to for months then. I over f***g paid them 150 dollars which I got that proof. I am getting an attorney just like everyone else and taking this to court. I am not paying you a cent and then you going to charge me for utilities and I already paid you rent plus utility fees for the month of March you got me messed up! Don't EVER sign a lease with them. Prior to me going to courr for my child's death and even before that I had to call numerous of times to have them spray the apartment cause I kept seeing black widows in my apartment for the 5th freaking time and they have yet to do that. So let m make this clear my father is a cop and I have 4 aunts that works for litigation and I will take them to court. Don't rent from these people I see why a lot of people refuse to rent from any place they own."
