"Honestly it's not the worst place to live. I'm only giving 3 stars due to rent increases over the years and the tow company they choose to use for parking monitoring. The staff here have always been really nice. Any maintenence requests I have made are answered in a timely manner. The walls are thin so there's a lot of noise. I've also had a problem with some young boys kicking a soccer ball at my wall for years and they refuse to stop. I definitely don't blame the complex for that of course, but it is an annoyance. The rent increases have been close to $300 since I first moved in. There isn't really any justification for it. The property has not been improved at all. It just doesn't feel like a good price for the area and apartment size. All in all it's apartment living so the complaints I have are likely to be normal everywhere. Overall I've been pretty satisfied in the 4 years I've lived here."
"Honestly, I was about to move in today! I filled out the 20$ application, then get a text string demanding the deposit at almost double what is advertised, in a very abrupt and non-courteous manner. Then when I inquired about the community before just signing away 500$, the manager said my application is denied and I can’t get my 20$ back or move forward. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! "I have lived here for almost an entire year. No issues, no problems. Suddenly, in January, my downstairs neighbors decide they have an issue with my ONE YEAR OLD daughter running around- we have no carpeting. Of course you might hear some noise. However, they called the cops on us for that reason numerous times. And the office? They believed every lie without consulting us. They pulled our lease agreement to stay another year, while also accusing us of lying when the other party had fabricated evidence. Management is horrible, they are rude and condescending. Do not live here, they don't care about you or whether your family will have a roof over your head. They close the office early when it clearly states it's open until 5, and when you confront them as they're getting into their car, they laugh at you and tell you they can do what they want. Trust me, find somewhere else to live. These people are awful."
"Got approved 2 weeks in advance for an apartment available 9/30. I got No communication from the office whatsoever. After a few days I called and spoke to Allisa. She assured me the apartment was mine and that everything looked good. A week goes by and now it's move in week. Still no communication from the useless office people. Call and speak to Allisa again and she affirms that she will be sending an email with all the info needed to move in. I told allisa I was staying at an extended stay hotel and needed to make sure I could move in on 9/30. I told her I didn't want to end up homeless. She affirmed again that the apartment was available. Come move in day and still no response from anyone. Good thing i applied to another complex nearby and got approved as a backup. They are scamming people for app fees and the customer service is about as bad as it gets. Allisa needs to be fired. Terrible experience all around. Awful property and terrible parking lot. You get better service at McDonald's."
"In a bad neighborhood. My husband's vehicle was broken into. Homeless people looking in vehicles and break-in them. If you are outside smoking people trying to bum cigarettes or asking for money. Post office trucks cause lots of noise. Have pool but was closed all summer since they chose not to have someone monitor the amount of residents allowed in pool due to Covid-19 social distancing. Some neighbors are yelling at each other every other day. Have had several different property managers in just a year. Moving out this month. Property company would not fix refrigerator that has been freezing our food in fridge. Force residents to have Direct TV ."
