"I have lived there 3 different times and I never had roaches or bed bugs and I never allowed them to spray but I also know roaches love heat water and filth. My apartment always stayed nice and cool and super clean cause of my OCD and in each one of my apartments I brought caulk and filled in all cracks and holes. My only issue is You move in at a certain rent rate and for some reason it shot up every month by $25 $50, moved in with rent at $399 by 6 months I was paying $675 then I'd move out and everytime I moved in the rent always did the same get you in at low rate then jack it up on you. This is why so many people got evicted then they have the nerve to take them to court when they breached they own leasing contract. I think it was all a scam and what made Regan rich"
"I NEVER do anything without reading the reviews and I couldn’t even get that far with this place. The unit I was interested in was move-in ready but they were not allowed to show me that one prior to me paying the $45 application fee, the $100 administration fee, and deposit up front. Two ladies in the office, desk on right, nice, desk on left rude, unfriendly and lazy. On the way up to the apartment I can feel the stairs rotted underneath the carpet as they bowed as I stepped on them and set stairs/halls were gross. The layout of the apartment they showed me was OK and appeared to have new appliances but I wasn’t very interested in viewing it because that is not the apartment I was interested in. I walked by myself around the property and it was filthy. People were hanging out in their cars, I could just get the vibe that it would be bad and most likely have bugs. I made the mistake of moving it into Hill Park Apartments about 10 years ago first moving to Springs and I could tell this wouldn’t be any different. The lack of care and concern shown in the office let me know exactly the type of environment this would be. And then I read the reviews this morning oh good God, I can’t believe they have the nerve to have a credit score requirement for move-in, this is a joke. Don’t do it"
"I've seen cleaner landfills. There is no shame within the leasing office... They have roaches. Point blank. The balconies are rotted. During my brief visit, I could hear one of the tenants screaming, "would you just bring me some clean panties" over and over and another group of tenants hanging out at a car discussing the effects soda has had on her bowl movements. The kids running around this place are out of damn control, no one cares.. these kids were in the courtyard trying to start a fire.. and trust me this place will burn down IMMEDIATELY.. Between the large amount of trash one little spark is going to catch all that rotted wood and trash kindling straight down. I literally am alarmed this place exists. And is allowed to let people live there. Clearly no regulations.. disgusting, disgraceful, shame of the city for sure. Barely affordable living should not include infestation, dangerous living conditions.. no one should be living in this place. Hands down makes rustic hills look like Broadmoor."
"Roaches everywhere, and I mean everywhere! And you have to miss work so they can come spray. If your not there when they come to spray they charge you! And they let themselves into your home without permission! Homeless people sleeping in hallways and on stairs. Urinating and doing drugs in stair ways. Management does nothing to keep them out or their tenants safe. And management despite all this!! are extremely rude and ugly to residents. I will report them to better business bureau. You and your family will probably end up dead if you move to el vacino! Pls be safe, and stay far away from these apartments. God bless:)"
"I hate this place. The people in the office don't know there but from a hole in the ground. The Police are here at lest 3 day's a week. There is gun fire around all the time. I have lived here 10 months of a 12 month lease and have been Hearst by the office every time they get new people in the office. Now are fining me for things that were known about when we moved in. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy about this place. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. If you don't you will be sorry !!! I am. Can't wait to get out of here."
