"I did not rent here, and there were a few things that I wanted to share. The amenities were great! I liked the business center had a printer and the club house had several reto gaming systems! The complex was absolutely stunning and gorgeous! My draw backs are (which ultimately made me chose not to rent here) there was a hole in the wall in the fitness center. I was told one of the other residents got mad and took it out on the wall, and they have not fixed it yet. I could not imagine how safe these facilities when incidents like this are allowed. The next issue I had was the smell of smoke that was lingering in the hallways and the amount of air fresheners strung about the place. If you have allergies like I do, take this into consideration. Overall nice place, and it just was not a right fit for me."

"I professionalism of the staff in the main office is horrific which explains the crazy turnover rate. The maintenance staff is horrible and will mark work orders completed even though it’s not. It took months for me to get my front door fixed. They’ve lost my paperwork multiple times in the office and assured me that since it wasn’t in my file that it got shredded but 2 months later the paperwork shows up again un shredded with all of my personal information. I was told that I would receive a check no later than 60 days after my referral paperwork was turned in but it’s been 4 months and I still haven’t received anything and no one can tell me why. It’s horrible here!! UPDATE: It’s still horrible! Marking maintenance orders completed and they haven’t even came over. And I emailed about never receiving my compensation for my referral but no got back to me"

"Crooks, dismissive, and incompetent My girlfriend and I moved into these apartments seemed like a good deal at the time. The entirety of our stay has been nothing but a headache when it comes to the office management. We have addressed issues since the beginning nothing has been resolved When every issue is addressed, I had to physically come inside of the office instead of receiving calls back. With the issue was addressed in person they are extremely dismissive in what it is that you were trying to get resolved and tell you that they will resolve it and hope that you forget. Do not give the people your money they will go into their ledgers charge you twice for things sometimes three times and then go back and manually change it to cover their tracks. Also, their corporate company is under lawsuit right now, so it does not surprise me that they like to take advantage of people. We have paid everything on time. I really wish that I went with a different option. Please avoid the troubles and do not give her money to this company despite the location.. and now it looks like they reviews or even altered. I have spoken to other people in the community, and many of them have the same issues. Knock knocking all of the stuff because they are really good at pretending to be nice and pretending to care. Overall, my review will say this I should’ve never rushed into this lease and now I’m paying for it. I would advise anyone who is looking to Dot the i’s and cross their Ts with everything that these people say. Fortunately, I have kept every piece of document that they have given me and screenshot it everything that they changed before they changed it. Already looking into tenant attorneys. . The only reason there is one store is because the clubhouse is cool in the apartment was clean"

"Apartments are nice for 1 person, but rent costs for the size and accommodations isn't worth it. 1 person appt is small, walls are thin, and if you're living on the 1st floor you can hear every convo or bed creak from the appt above you. Constantly got messages multiple times a month for notices on the water being shut off for a building, sometimes lasting all day. On site laundry didn't work for the first 8 months I was living there, on site gym is constantly closed. Can pay just $200/month more for a space double the size, better side of town, and much quieter. Neighbors and staff are friendly and helpful though."
