"This complex allows their garbage to overflow and spread throughout the neighborhood which in turn becomes the world. They've never done anything to prevent this disgusting occurrence. This business should be fined into the ground for the amount of destruction they perpetuate. Everybody wants to go green until there is responsibility. Don't support these criminals."

"Do not move here!! My apartment was shot multiple times and they responded a week later. They didn’t put in the repairs claiming it was “A crime scene”. The police themselves told me it wasn’t a crime scene since the day of the shooting. There is also potentially mold all throughout the building and it emits this strong somewhat curry like smell that flows out of the boiler room like an AC. We’ve had a lot of headaches since we moved here. They gave us keycards months ago and the doors just now work, but wait…. Lol they don’t. The washing machines go out every week since I’ve been here. The gates will never work. People freely roam the parking lot breaking into cars. They claim they can’t find vendors to fix things but complexes less than a few blocks away have fully operational: lights, cameras, gates, washing machines, and doors. (Example: Sedona ridge apts, Vue apts, etc.) . Just don’t move here."

"Riverbend Apartments has been wonderful under the new management. Please do not look at the older reviews and most are older than a few months, everything has improved a lot now. Affordable, Spacious Apartments, Plenty of upgrades, Clean and maintained well. The new changes made to the community are excellent, nice neighbors and few are living here for 9+ years speaks lengths, Highly recommend to family and friends."

"DO NOT RENT HERE. I've been here since March. The cops are always here. We've heard gunshots in the building, right outside of our door, not once, BUT TWICE. Not to mention the constant gunfire outside during warmer weather. The apartments are unclean, as they constantly have pet control come into your apartment and invade your space, at least bi-weekly. Our apartment is SPOTLESS, as I am a neat freak. The maintenance man even said we don't seem to have the pest issues the other apartments do since we are a clean unit. I found out I was pregnant, immediately we started looking for a new, SAFE, place, to start our family. We have NEVER been late on rent. We have noticed, in comparison to neighbor's rent, we pay at least $100 more. Beyond that, we have been charged $100 for pest control before, when we have NEVER had a pest issue in our specific unit. Nancy, the landlord, for WHATEVER REASON, gave us negative landlord review on the place we spent $90 on application fees, leaving us trapped, and expecting a child, in a place where we are worried about gunshots coming through our apartment walls at night. I know we are good tenants. Never late on rent, not even ONCE. ALWAYS a clean unit. Keep to ourselves. Repaired $500 worth of carpet in our apartment to save her the hassle. Absolutely ridiculous that she gave us a negative refrence, when our neighbors shoot guns in the hallway, open our laundry and piss on it (i mean seriously. What kind of people go out of their way to open a dryer and piss on random peoples clothes??), and don't take care of their units. Long story short, avoid this place at all costs unless you'd like to be pregnant and trapped."

"At first I would have never five stared these apartments but thanks to the new management I will have to change my opinion. Thanks to our new landlord Nancy the apartments are cleaner and have been getting cleaned out of the problem residents who make it unsafe for families to be here. She has done an amazing job cleaning this place up and making sure this is a safer place for kids. It has become in amazing an amazing apartment to live in.. thanks to all her hard work... I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family..."
