"I’ve lived here for just over 2 years now, I’m a single full time mom of a 5 year old and I have definitely felt cared for, safe, and welcomed at these apartments. I just wanted to say the management and maintenance team have been such a blessing. They are quick to help me with any problem I have had which thankfully, has not been many! Dani is so sweet and handles any questions or concerns I’ve had. If you’re looking to make a move and considering this place, I would definitely suggest this one!"

"Don’t rent here, been a tenant for almost 4 years and ever since American captital reality took over, the complex has gone downhill. The yearly raise in rent is expected but they make making payments nightmarishly difficult and Danielle has been an awful addition to management."

"Current Tennant here. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS. We’ve been renting here for 4 years, our yearly lease renewal ALWAYS goes up even though our unit hasn’t been updated at ALL and looks so shabby and outdated compared to my neighbors. So we are paying the same price as brand new tenants to rent out an outdated and ran down unit. The paint and hardware they use inside your home are going to be bottom of the line and cheap materials. The water is shut off multiple times a week for maintenance, you better hope it’s not shut off when you’re getting ready for work or getting the gets ready for school. People don’t pick up after their pets, neighbors are ALWAYS screaming, & your mailbox will get broken into whilst the complex fails to notify ANYBODY of the break-ins. Oh and if you’re a single car household be prepared to have no parking available. Neighbors can park as many cars (and leave them parked for weeks) as they want inside the lot as long as they have a parking sticker for it. I don’t go on runs at night anymore due to the fact men will come up and harass you in the middle of the night. One time we got locked out of the apartment and we have ON SITE maintenance, he literally said “that’s not my problem”. All in all, do not live here. They are ridiculously prices for the absolute terrible quality the units and apartment grounds are in. When our next lease renewal comes up I am happy to say we will NOT be staying. I know the prices are “appealing” but these people are charging other residents nearly $1,000 for a STUDIO that’s not even 500sqft. Don’t walk away, RUN!"

"I love these apartments. Quiet and calm. I want to thank the leasing manager Melissa and the maintenance department, especially Chuck. They have been so helpful and amazing! The maintenance team work fast and get things done. Melissa is so wonderful and nice, she made everything transition smooth. I can see myself living here for a while. I’m so grateful to you guys.
