"Although this is an older complex with maintenance challenges the staff here has steadily improved the service and respond to requests in a timely manner the only concern I have is something the staff can not control is the surrounding environment. There is homeless element in the neighborhood that makes maintaining the amenities challenging. A shout out to two staff members Angie the property manager and Wade Brown these folks are easy to work with I really appreciate them"
"This place is terrible. I understand that it is an older complex, however, that doesn't excuse the lack of maintenance or compassion. My son and his girlfriend have had the worst experience at this place. Maintenance took 3 WEEKS to deal with the damage from a leak from the apartment above. Pieces of the ceiling were falling down into the tub, making it unsafe to shower. They couldn't even shower in their own apartment for 3 weeks. When maintenance finally showed up, the guy decided to use their toilet with the door open and exposed himself to my son's girlfriend. More than once maintenence walked in without knocking. Any time my son or his girlfriend complained to the office staff, they would shrug their shoulders like oh well . DO NOT MOVE HERE."
"We lived at the mountain ridge apartments for three years. Our 2 bedroom was kind of dated but it seems like the neighborhood had started to improved since we started living there. We chose mountain ridge because they were an affordable option for us at the time but they raised our rent quite a bit each year. (Average $150-200/year) which is why we moved. Eventually the cost outweighed what we were receiving and we felt we could pay the same for a nicer neighborhood and nicer home. Management was friendly and maintenance was always timely and nice."
"Everyone's experience will be different, but mine was great. Have lived here for 2 years now and not only is it affordable, but it's also very comfortable. The staff have been and are always friendly. Any issue that may have arised was taken care of promptly. Being a veteran and coming from a place where everything took weeks to be taken care of, i think im justified in saying this has been an upgrade. 5 stars only because I can't give 6!:)"
"I moved in about a week ago. I was surprised to realize the toilet was leaking and had a puddle of water around it. The puddle has now grown to under the electric outlet where water is frequently. The closet door is completely off. I was given a LEAD dust pamphlet and there is dust everywhere. I am not sure anything was cleaned before i moved in. I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, they were both filthy. Someone did clean the tops of the cabinets after I requested they be cleaned. The carpet appears new but smells like ten dogs, there are multiple holes in the floor in the kitchen. Not yet sure why all the floors smells so awful. I reported the cockroach infestation. My apartments was then sprayed with an OUTDOOR PESTICIDE (not safe for humans to be around) that has given me terrible migraines and is killing my plants. I was assured the yellow jackets would not be harmed in their removal process, but they were all killed by the same chemical spray that was sprayed in the apartment in the same cabinets where my food is stored. (I have attached images of what I could take pictures of)"
