"As of 2/12/2024 it has been 60 days since I moved out and Airlan Arms has not attempted to send me my deposit or an itemized list of charges in any capacity. Deposit thieves. To the reply: I GAURENTEE the new management is just as bad if not worse. They can't even get their payment portal working. I absolutely guarantee it will not improve. Absolutely terrible in every possible way. Just avoid. They charge a minimum $100 cleaning fee (good luck getting them to charge that little) while also forcing you to show receipts of professional cleaning. That among, terrible management, atrociously loud neighbors, dirty apartment that stinks like someone needs to close their legs, broken washer/dryer equipment, it just sucks here. There's no redeeming factors. Take your money next door to Shannon Hills its around the same price but way better."

"worst apartment company i've ever had the displeasure of renting from. i don't even know where to start, but how about maintenance? my water was out for 2 FULL WEEKS despite repeated calls to the maintenance staff and all i was told was that they were working on it. i had to buy distilled water to bathe in while i waited on a simple request. even BEYOND that, tenants essentially have free reign to do whatever they want without fear of eviction. my entire 2 years living here, a couple who could be regularly seen smoking "something" out of a glass pipe outside would slam my walls NONSTOP during the night, and nothing was ever done about this. it's VERY clear management only cares about squeezing profits from their tenants and has no regard for their well-being or access to basic human needs. AVOID RENTING HERE AT ALL COSTS!"

"Not the greatest of places to live. You can hear neighbors partying until 3 or 4 in the morning. Even after talking with security, letting the front office know, and even confronting the neighbors about the noise, it still continued. You can hear every step taken in apartments above you. The heating system is older so all night it sounds like someone is tapping on metal pipes. Asked maintenance to check the bathroom sink since it wasn't draining properly, worked for about a day or two and went right back to not draining so I just stopped using it. Seems like it's a common theme for neighbors to not have respect for others when it comes to being quiet. Been sleeping in my car to try and get some sort of rest. Also would have had my motorcycle stolen had I not been in an accident and the bike being wrecked, guess they didn't want a project car. I can not wait until my lease is up to move somewhere different, hopefully I can get out early without too much trouble. Renter be warned."

"Cops get called for domestic disputes at least twice a week. I can hear all of my neighbors arguing and getting it on at all hours of the day and night. Potholes in the parking lot are developing into sinkholes, and the hallways constantly smell like pot, vomit, or both. You can hear gunshots several times a week. Maintenance only does just enough to not get fired, and the only person at the office worth anything is Taylor. Had my truck broken into twice, had people attempt to steal my bike, had someone steal my bicycle seat. Management still refuses to install cameras into the parking lot after several reports of vehicles being broken into. Hobos sleep under the stairs on a regular basis. Washers and dryers are constantly out of order. Oh, and someone let off a smokebomb in the halls a few days ago. I can't wait for my lease to end in a few months."

"It seems nice enough if you're only home to sleep and oblivious. One of the leasing office women would stalk the residents, make things up to cause trouble and flooded our apartment when we went out of town along with another resident's as well. We got a call in the middle of our long planned vacation to go home immediately, we got a notice on our door of options to pay for damages or leave within 3 days. So we left. When returning our key we discovered it was all for nothing because the woman who did all of that to us was retiring and told the others in the office NOTHING! She was just trying to get our money! We had the police out to view the apartment and everything, but she had nothing in her reports. Damage was done though, we already packed and the rest of the women in the office said we were good to go. 4 years later we discovered the woman who retired filed a claim we owed them over 1,000 bucks, they have no idea where the claim came from since there's still nothing on their records, but now it's being disputed on ours!! DON'T MOVE HERE!! They screwed us over when we were there, and 4 YEARS later when we thought it was all behind us!"
