"Property manger attacked me pressed charges on her for 3rd degree assault I didn't touch her once she seriously snapped I had the police take pictures of my hands and feet to prove I didnt touch her and they got pictures of the damge she did to me she says she's untouchable but I will not stand for it I'm taking this the full mile and will see her in court she also messaged my man about a lease break then had the nerve to message me when she's supposed to have no contact with me how professional when colorado law will seriously wave the fees after court we have been waiting days for Gina to message us back and nothing extremely thankful I have all the evidence I need to make sure she pays for what she did might take some time but she will pay for what she did no matter how long it takes I won't be dropping this and offered to take a polygraph for the police hope she can do the same so people can see what a massive manipulater she is"

"My wife and I have been living here over a year now and we love this place, (we recently renewed for our 2nd lease cycle here). Crystal and Kelley are both abundantly nice and helpful. Rent is very reasonable. Compared to other places in a similar price range or even higher, the apartments are well maintained. If there is a maintenance issue, they always take care of it in a timely manner. You can really tell that everyone working here takes pride in their job. We've lived in some apartments that were just horrible experiences, (and cost us a decent amount more per month). After around a year and a half of living here, it's the exact opposite of our experiences with other companies. I'm extremely thankful we found this place. I can't give them enough praise."

"We moved in about a month ago and WOW. The office lady is so nice! She’s always super positive when we go to her. And the maintenance man is so kind and respectful and very quick to handle any issues you may have. The neighbors here are also so friendly. Literally on our move in day our direct neighbor came and introduced himself to us. Super pet friendly and budget friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough!!"

"I've had no issues while living at this complex! The office lady is always super nice and helpful. I had a maintenance emergency a few months after I moved in, at about 12am. The maintenance man came, and couldn't fix the problem, so he fixed it enough to where it could wait. The next morning, another guy came to fix it permanently. I was extremely satisfied with their maintenance crew. I've never had a problem with any other tenants here either!"
