"There is an alarming amount of dogs that wonder over from the neighboring apartment complex, as well as in-complex off leash dogs behaving aggressively. The walls here apparently don't do much to prevent noise from travelling. The floors in my apartment specifically a very creaky and uneven underneath the new snap in flooring. Otherwise the apartment itself is fine. The water here is very hard. Property management is very dissatisfactory. The company has had 3 separate managers for this property in the span of 8 months. If you manage to get in touch with them, they don't end up being helpful."

"I lived here for a little more than 5 years. I loved it. Management (Rhonda), is amazing, and Ernie does the maintenance. Grounds are kept immaculate, apartments are kept up. Never had a problem. Reasonably priced for the size and area. I would definitely recommend Mesa Ridge Apts if you are looking for something clean, quiet and a great management team."
