"I had previously given these apartment a 3 star review but retrospectively I don't think that is fair. These apartments are beautiful and in one of the best locations you could possibly hope for in the Colorado springs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We brought both of our kids into these apartments when they were first born and it's hard to ask for a better place to raise a child (outside of a house obviously). The location is safe most residents are extremely friendly and it really does feel like a happy community. Where these apartments fall short they make up for it in all of the aspects that matter. The maintenance and the team on board at aspire really do their best to make this place feel like home. I'm truly going to miss it here and I will never forget all of the fond memories and watching my kids grow up in a place like this."

"I've never felt so heard and cared for by the on-site staff. They really took great care of me. The area is pretty and parking isn't nearly the trouble it was at my last apartment."

"Don’t walk……RUN! I was severely overcharged for utilities! How does the apartment management charge a tenant over $100 for their water bill, in a small apartment with no laundry washer machine or dishwasher and only one small bathroom? And then when you confront them about it, they refuse to give you an answer because they can’t! Same thing with gas. Why are you paying a full gas bill in the summertime? Oh and you also are responsible for paying to heat the commons area in your building area as well. They are not honest at all, I sincerely do NOT recommend!"

"Don’t expect to be able to enjoy the outdoor amenities or let your kids play outside without stepping in dog poop. I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s an issue that’s never resolved. Will gladly give names/faces of people that never pick up dog waste considering they do it purposefully everyday."
