"I have lived in these apartments for almost four years at this point, moving in during peak COVID scare. I have had very few issues, and when there is one, Martina has been there helping me out. She is so kind and quick to help. She's one of the sweetest people I've ever met! Maintenance is decently speedy, and if there's an issue, they mostly just replace the issue, getting a new product, which is great. I haven't ever felt unsafe, even giving the given area. If you want something done or figured out, make sure to reach out to Martina"

"I don't even know where to begin here...This is a beautiful complex from the outside. The gate makes you feel like you are safe but you're not. The code is generic and everyone has it as well as it is given out to delivery companies...etc. the outside gates don't lock so anyone can walk in and out. The front office Ron and Martina are awesome. The property manager seems friendly and like they have your back however they aren't on your side. Be sure to have a camera system and self defense living in this area. Vehicles get broke into, homeless wander around the complex...etc. This complex is a prime example of don't judge a book by its cover."

"My husband and I just moved into this community and we could not be happier! The apartments are beautiful and the community is very welcoming. Ron and Martina have been so kind and helpful throughout the entire process making sure everything was good to go. There was a minor issue with our fridge when we moved in and Martina immediately made sure it was fixed for us. We are thrilled to call this our new home! "I’m going back to edit this because I have talked to the office, and was honestly delighted. I had a 2 star review before because I had been road blocked every time I tried to talk to Lauren or Martina. I had tried to bring up multiple issues, but wasn’t able to get it past the front desk. However, Lauren was great at communicating and understanding the issues, where they are now, how they are planning to fix them, and so on. She was amazing to work with. Martina is too, she is friendly and lively. If you have any issues, go straight to them. Now, we have got stuff stolen from our front porch, we do have some issues with amenities, and there are a lot of homeless around. I don’t think you can help it in this zip code. If you’re prepared to live so close to the city, I’m sure you’re already aware of what these negatives have to offer. But, if you want better prevention for safeguarding you’re home, just talk to Lauren or Martina. They have great insight on the property and how to safeguard it as much as you can. They also have amazing suggestions if you’re new to the area. I also would recommend looking at the apartments facing pikes peak, it’s a beautiful view to wake up and sip your coffee to in the morning. Also don’t back into parking spots haha."
