"I moved to Colorado Springs from Ft. Lauderdale in 2021. After traveling to the city and taking time to immerse myself here I chose Blue Dot. The benefits of Blue Dot are many. The owners take a conscious and personal approach to building not just a beautiful and safe home, but also community by creating resident events and getting to know their residents needs and ensuring they are met. The building is beautifully kept, interior garage parking, available interior storage, secured entry and a dog run are all amazing benefits. The apartments are modern, very generous in size and have lovely finishes and balcony views of the mountains that are truly stunning to enjoy. Living downtown enables me to walk to shops, restaurants and parks. Ten minutes away from trails and mountains it is a healthy and vibrant place to live. I highly recommend Blue Dot to everyone and am happy to call it home."

"From the moment I met Tim for a showing, I knew Blue Dot Place was for me - bonuses being a parking garage and elevator. Both Tim and Brian have been wonderful with communication, and in general, checking to see if I am happy living at Blue Dot. Any issues that may have arisen have been addressed promptly, and professionally. One of the perks at Blue Dot are the arrangements made with local businesses and restaurants for us to discover, and take advantage of. Get-togethers are scheduled throughout the year - that I enjoy attending when I’m in town; I enjoy meeting and talking with my neighbors. I feel safe in the building, and around my neighborhood. I am walking distance to just about anywhere I would like to go downtown: my dentist, the gym, hotels, restaurants, park. Blue Dot has easy access to the highway, and the airport is 20 minutes away when I need/want to travel. I cannot say enough about my positive experiences, since moving to Colorado, and moving to Blue Dot Place."

"I am walking into my second year with BlueDot and have nothing but great things to say about it. The location cannot be beat. It is a block or two away from all the popular spots but far enough away that you do not get overwhelmed with big events in town. The building has great finishes and perfect layouts for apartments. Lots of kitchen cabinet space. If anything breaks or needs attention, maintenance is there same day if not the next day. Out of all of the apartment options downtown, BlueDot offers the best value and service."

"Blue Dot has been an incredible living experience. The apartments are modern, sleek, and quiet. The kitchens are unbelievably large and excellent for cooking and baking. Management is very communicative, responds almost instantaneously to questions and requests, it feels like renting a private home from a private landlord. The common spaces are always kept clean. It is nestled in the beautiful downtown and has always felt safe. Walking distance from great food and fun."
