"I resided in these top notch apartments for about a year and 7 months; unfortunately, circumstances arose that required me to vacate in a rapid manner. Fortunately, I managed to get all my belongings out except my sectional couch, which was a problem because if I couldn't get it by Monday, it was supposed to be junked. That's where Quail Cove's incredible Manager, Lydia Mehl came in. I finally found FasTrac Moving who offered to pull out my couch from my former 2nd floor apartment for $150, but feared I was too late; however, Lydia being so empathetic allowed me another day to get the couch withdrawn. We coordinated a time and the entire process went beautifully! This property offers so many positive things: the mile walk around the lake, washer and dryer in unit, great location, but what really stood out was the professional yet compassionate leadership of Lydia Mehl. Most people aren't so understanding, but if you rent here, that's not something you'll ever have to worry about."

"I do not recommend living here. My apartment was infested with mice without much help from management. I could hear them in the walls at night, too! Eventually I had a snake in my apartment (probably looking for the mice) so I had to break my lease early, with approval from management. Talk about quality living, ha! I did a walk-through and paid my outstanding bills when I moved out, yet management has violated Colorado Law by not returning my security deposit or providing a breakdown of what my security deposit was used for. It’s now approaching 4 months and I still don’t have my security deposit back. If you live in building 5, good luck with the creatures! The only positives are Dyamon and maintenance - they are great."

"The personal working there very respectful and very nice to talk to. The maintenance and ground personnel are always working and I can say that because I retired and I go out early and return maybe five hours later. I will say they are working around the clock on stuff from the same people over and over again. I always say Good Morning to them, I think they are Cool. Oh also I think the personal in office are too"

"I would definitely recommend Quail Cove Apartments to anyone especially people who are moving into an apartment for the first time. The staff here are phenomenal, they break the whole process down for you and help you through all of it. They are very pleasant and helpful people. The apartment itself is beautiful, the windows are huge so you get a lot of natural lighting. Also there is a lake a short walk away from the apartments that is gorgeous and the fishing has been great. There’s a trail that circles the whole lake. My partner and I have been enjoy afternoon rucks around the lake."

"Staff is responsive and proactive in property upkeep and handling resident needs; property is kept clean and is well maintained throughout the year; maintenance staff is outstanding. Nice living by Quail Lake too."
