"This apartment is alright for the price. The highlight was how quick and efficient Dallas was. He would always ensure we were taken care of with anything that needed fixing. Unfortunately over the two years we lived there, we had many issues with neighbors that never seemed to fully be addressed until the neighbor was planning to move out, then we were told by management that they were moving out so nothing else needs to be done. Lots of people blasting music through the parking lot at all times of day. Definitely a military community. Also were told the front gate would be functional when we moved in 2 years ago, it is still broken."
"Not great. The place was dirty when i moved in (scum on the stove, stains behind the door). The shower handle was so moldy it fell off in a week and the fan in the bathroom was broken. I contacted maintenance and they took nearly a month to show up, just to re-install the handle with the mold still inside. Same thing happened with my garbage disposal. It broke and it took them months to come. They pulled out what was caught in it and left it on my countertop. Came home and the disposal still didn’t work. My worst experience was when I needed emergency maintenance while out of town. They contacted me and I gave them permission to enter my apartment. When i came back a few weeks later (had been traveling) My front door was left unlocked, lights were all left on, my floors were muddy, and they pissed all over the toilet and left the seat up. Anytime i’d bring up an issue with Ashley or management they would brush it off with an apology. I will not be returning. Not to mention poor quality, talk about a landlord special."
"Really appreciate the front office helping us get settled in so quickly! They’re super informative and super nice. We also just had Mr. Dallas come by to fix an issue with our door. Maintenance came out super quick after we told the front office about the issue. So thank yall both!"
"My husband and I are in the Army and lived here for a full year. As it is close to base, it is a very convenient place to live. We loved that it was close to base, the apartment was big, and affordable. We also loved that they had on site dryer and washer as we dislike shared laundry and most places around only offer shared laundry. In terms of maintenance I have to say that they are a bit mediocre and when they fix something in the apartment it brakes easily again. Additionally, none of the amenities look or work the way shown in the pictures. During summer, the pool was closed and didn’t work until August. The hut tub and jacuzzi never worked and when we asked about it they always said they were working on it. Besides an elliptical and a treadmill, the gym doesn’t have any working equipment and the sauna doesn’t work at all. We also payed wifi as part of rent as is part of the contract, but the wifi didn’t really work fine. All the amenities are also charged as part of rent and utilities, but we barely got to enjoy them. In snow days, they did really good with cleaning the snow, which we liked. We also liked that we could rent a carport. Lastly, when we were moving out they charged us over $200 for a cleaning fee even though we had cleaned the whole unit. When I called to ask why they charged me over $200 of cleaning fee they said it was because the microwave and oven were a little bit dirty. If you’re moving out soon don’t clean at all because they are gonna charge you anyway, and not even give you good customer service. Just don’t waste your time. It seemed that because I don’t live there anymore good customer service is not something that Ashley wanted to provide."
"Julie was great helping me with my move in. I love my new home, it's quiet, clean, conveniences like gym, hot tub, pool, recycle. Close to the mountains, beautiful mountain views. Golf course, lake, shopping near by. After the move I treated my nephew to lunch for helping me out, we ate at Sushi O Sushi which is right around the corner of the apartments. Excellent place. Best of all I'm away from all the pot holes! Thank you Julie!"
