"I recently toured the property and it was amazing. The location is great, in a quiet area which is important to me. It feels tucked away and its nice to be surrounded by trees, the creek running along the property is just a cherry on top. The pool and spa look very inviting and the buildings are well kept. I loved the layout of the units and the amenities in them as well!"

"I’ve been living here for around 2 months now and I have really enjoyed it. Ariel is incredibly kind and so is maintenance as well. The location is great because it’s out of the chaos of the traffic, but really close to access the downtown area. We have easy access to trails here, which is my favorite, and the apartments are adorable. I would highly recommend living here or at least checking it out!"

"We have lived here for 3 lease terms now. While there are always bad apples sometimes, we have enjoyed our time here, otherwise we would’ve left by now! The gym is nice and quiet, the pool is fun, and the hot tub is a luxury in colorado. Covered parking spots, a mail room, trash chutes, it’s great! Ariel is an amazing director and she truly cares about residents. Frank, the maintenance man, is so friendly. You’ll love it here, let’s be neighbors!"

"Edit: I have now lived here for ~3 months and it has definitely been a different experience than my initial one. I like my apartment, my neighbors are friendly, and the location is good. BUT, the front door hasn't worked in several weeks, so to enter the building I walk around the back which is annoying when I get off work after dark and leave for work while its dark. I sent an email asking about it and was told to call and leave a message... I've had multiple packages stolen that were delivered to the mailbox area and were only there for a few hours, when I emailed asking about video cameras (which are in the lobby) or if other tenants had had an issue with this the only response I got was "I'm sorry your packages weren't there". I also kept my work shoes (because I work in the hospital and who knows what kind of nastiness is growing on them) right outside of my front door and they were stolen. So I can't leave even a pair of shoes out or get packages delivered without fear of them being stolen, so it does make me a little uncomfortable. These apartments are pretty expensive at ~$1700/mo for a 1.5 bedroom, so I feel like these things shouldn't be happening. I’ve only lived here about a month but everything has been excellent so far. My move in went smoothly and the office has been very responsive and helpful whenever I had an issue or a question. The location is perfect for me, super close to trails and the mountains. The grounds are well kept and it’s quiet. I would definitely recommend checking this place out."
