Sky at Bear Creek

"DONT MOVE HERE IT IS NOT SAFE!! I have lived here for a year now. I have been harassed by my upstairs neighbor since September 18th 2023. He bangs on my ceiling all hours of the day and night. It sounds likes he’s dropping a bowling ball. You never know when it will happen and it’s very annoying. The management acts like I don’t know what normal apartment noises are, I am not stupid. These are extremely loud like thunder and are being done on purpose!! I have emails, live video footage of all of the extremely loud noises. This guy is 19 and he smokes pot in his apartment all day. He listens to my conversations, I know because when I have company or say anything he reacts accordingly. It is so creepy. He is silent when someone is over and then begins to pound on my ceiling the second they leave, when I make a phone call he is like a ghost, the minute I hang up he’s back to it. . He has sprayed chemicals on my dogs from his patio causing soars. He throws his lit pot bud cherries down on my patio where my dogs are. When I’m at work he bangs on the ceiling so loud to purposely scare my dogs. I have video proof of all of this. The managers know of it all KARA ROGERS the new manager, VICTORIA LANTZ from corporate both are doing nothing. I have three police reports on this guy now. This guy is such a coward that he will not answer the door to them when I clearly hear him up there. My neighbors daughter went up on her own to talk to him and of course he didn’t answer. The last manager was on top of it serving him papers, making calls to him and emails telling him to knock it off. Now they say their moving him to another apartment in a few months only to harass another tenant. When I come home I see him peeking out his blinds and when he sees my looking at him he shuts them. My dad sees him do the same thing. I sent them a copy of the lease that says we have a right to live in a peaceful dwelling, they don’t respond. DONT MOVE HERE you will not be protected by the staff. You can do anything you want and they allow it. Below is what they did to my dog in September."

She was also attentive to us when we first moved in and got anything we needed taken care of. She and the maintenance crew did a great job. I'd definitely recommend working with her moving forward."

"My actual apartment was cute and comfortable and maintenance was always friendly and fast. The rent was way too expensive ($1300/month for a 1bed base rent) and the threat of significantly increasing rent was always looming. They also ran a charity drive in the 2023 holiday season, where they were asking tenants to donate money to support unhoused individuals in the Springs and I guess did not see the irony of that. One of the prizes for donating was being entered into a raffle to win a small amount off of a month of rent. A cruel joke. Anyway, the maintenance guy and leasing agents are always friendly."

"This place is AWFUL! The management is the worst I've ever experienced - with allowing sewage water to flood the apartments and not providing the maintenance man on site any help! Poor guy was stressed, and he told us he moved from Arkansas to here only to be treated like garbage. He said he tried to call the supervisor and the property manager for help and they didn't do jack squat. I will definitely contacting corporate - this place is worse than hell. It needs to be shut down!!! The property manager is a lazy, alcoholic b-word who doesn't care about anyone but herself. She needs to be fired! NEVER RENTING HERE AGAIN!!!!"
