"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst place in the springs to live. They will find any and every way to screw you out of the deposit with made up charges and no real explanation as to what was taken out and why. The property management team is horrible. Very unresponsive, be prepared to wait up to two weeks for a response from anyone at this company whether that be by email or phone. Some tenants are very nice and helpful but most do not pick up after their dogs waste and/or do not put them on a leash. Multiple dogs in the complex have gone after or attacked my dog with the owners doing nothing but watching. To put it simply do not live here!"

"They dont fix anything, many of the apartments currently have mold. Non responsive to phone calls and voicemails. Very unprofessional. We will be getting authorities involved."

"I can not log into my old Google to edit the prior post I love living here in the beginning Jennifer was by far one of the best managers I ever had to deal with she got my things fox right away and always work with rent when hard times happen apartment was in decent shape for price old but manageable parking is horrible they say no pets allow but they have a small annoying dog next door who constantly barks however after Jennifer left we ended up getting a new manager who is 1:rude 2: is horrible at communicating and lazy that's the sense me and other tenets get I would comply if they learn to let ppl know of the changes for instance a portion of the stair rail fell what they do just put a caution tape sign still isn't repair my children room gets flooded when it heavily rain still not fix also there is a mold problem in my room master which is the leading cause of my baby lung problems she started to get sick after we got transfer to this apartment she was born healthy as all my kids have medical record to prove it and yet mold hasn't been address on top of that I was in the middle of washing clothes go to check it out aee if it's ready to transfer to dryer and nope call apartment and let them know they said they turn it off with out handing out notices such an inconvenience on top of that and I quote they said they could care less what happens to this building they just want to focus on mountain shadows ect my experience here after new management went down hill that's why we are moving out good luck"

"I just finished up my 6-month lease here and it was a great experience overall. I had a nice one bedroom apartment, and never had a single problem. Jennifer was friendly and always helpful with whatever I needed. Highly recommended for the price and great management."

"Manager (Jennifer) was attentive and prompt. Maintenance was quick and efficient, even replacing my refrigerator when needed . The apartments aren't glamorous but they feel safe and are neat and clean. No complaints. Rent was withdrawn in a timely manner and with care I got my deposit back."
