"The dryers go off-line frequently, so did the washers. The neighbors are very unfriendly and homeless people often come in and steal packages. The doors are always unlocked and whenever they fix them people break the locks to the doors not worth your money."

"Hot tags on reviews here mentioned roaches; just a few months into moving in we've spotted a few roaches in the complex but mainly patrolling the hallways of 4955. Actually disgusting. How does this place have such a bad roach problem for years on end? Amongst other things; cigarette butts littering inside the buildings, trash from McDonalds, homeless tent equipment under the stairwell on a night when the door was propped wide open, beer bottles and soda cans littering the halls, likely attracting aforementioned roaches. Black mold under the kitchen and bathroom sinks when moving in, and have had to be consistently sprayed with a mold killer bleach cleaner. Really, consider going somewhere else. Price is way too high for the way this place is managed. 2 stars because the heating and AC work, I guess."

"I’ve been here almost a year and this place is so unorganized. Multiple property managers and owners have switched. You cannot get a hold of anyone in the office at all. They do not answer the phone or return emails. Roach problems in 4975. Very loud and noisy complex. Filthy dog park. People leave their trash in the hallways. Laundry facilities that barely work. I’m hoping to move out but can’t find anyone to answer me so I can give my notice I will not be renewing. Do NOT move here. You’ll be miserable and regret it."

"This place is a joke. When it was time to move out we gave notice, then they told us that we did not give them a notice. They then sent us the final account statement a day after the bills are stated due. This place is unorganized and some of the people in the leasing office are rude. Save yourself the trouble and look for an apartment somewhere else."

"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. i’ve lived here for almost a year and when i first moved in everything was great but then we started to see ROACHES. i’ve had pest control come multiple times to just be told that they would eventually disappear. On top of that, they charged me for each visit that pest control came which is unfair because it’s not my fault they’re roaches when the entire building is infested with them. The roaches are getting worse and worse to the point they are crawling on MY BED. this place is very appealing on the inside but beware of the bug issue."
