"Never ever would stay here again. The male worker on duty was flirtatious with female guest that bordered lined on criminal. Later in the night this same guy would not let me in because I didn't have my past card. . very unprofessional. Ac in the room did not work. Put us on a floor where kids were partying all night. There was stuff thrown in the hallway where college kids had thrown down the hallway. Wife and I had a disagreement on staying there. Wife was sleepy so we got the room. I stay in the car the majority of the night"

"wonderful apartment complex and i’ve had no issues with the complex and management themselves, my issue lies with the tenants that live here. people are constantly vandalizing vehicles and making unnecessary comments to neighbors they don’t know. the complex needs to do something about the unruly tenants that live here. i’m a 25 year old girl who goes to work and comes home. i don’t bother anybody nor do i have a very large vehicle but i have been almost harassed by other tenants for almost a month."

"I’ve lived here for 4 months and I’ve lived in 3 other apartment complex’s in Colorado. This is by far the best! Management cares about the property genuinely and the employees who work here stay instead of switching out new workers every couple weeks."

"I have lived here about 8 months now and I have had multiple issues with the apartment. Water leaking from the ceiling and bubbling the paint. Maintenance request was filed and they came to look. The maintenance employee looked at the bubbles in my paint filled with water like a balloon and said, "That's definitely not good." Then proceeded to do nothing about it. I tried to get an update and nobody has been able to assist. That was in April and now it is end of June. Then there's the problem with pests. I've spent over $400 on Raid products to keep out spiders and various insects that have crawled into the apartment through multiple holes in the apartment. The baseboard heater leads right outside and the AC wall unit has a hole right underneath that goes directly outside. I've taped these holes and sprayed every window, crack, and door multiple times. No avail. If this is your only hope for an apartment, I'd still keep looking. UPDATE: They tried to tow my car after leaving a bad review. Never tried to contact me about my vehicle just left a tow sticker on it. I was parked in the correct spot with the correct identification on my dashboard for the world to see. They're petty as well as horrible properties."

"I have lived here a little over a year & love it! The office staff is always very friendly & respond to any maintenance requests or other concerns in a timely manner always resolving any issues. There are occasionally small ants, but I put down ant bait & that took care of the problem. Parking has never been an issue for me or my guests. Love the double patios, creek nearby, mature trees & scenery. My daughter & I feel very safe here!"
