"Several small things could be done to improve this place. Since several of us no longer have cars, it would be nice to have a couple of vending machines. We also need the office to carry postal stamps. We would like to have one day a month (three hours) to sell or give away items we no longer need. We should stay in the Craft Room with the article and remove it if someone else didn't want it. Thank you for listening!!!"

"This community and apartment are wonderful! My mountain view is incredible. Neighbors are quiet, making for a peaceful daily life. My kitchen is full sized! So many cabinets! The 8 foot ceiling means the top of the cabinets is reachable. The Frigidaire microwave has a quieter buzz than most. The dishwasher is quieter, too. I love my kitchen! The bathroom has lots of cabinets and drawers. The stacked washer and dryer are quieter as well. There’s a nice pantry where I put lots of stuff, including my folded cart and vacuum cleaner. The bedroom closet is nice and long. With all of the storage space in my apartment, a walk-in isn’t necessary. I have a king-sized bed and it fits easily with room to spare in my approximately 600 square foot apartment. The location is good, surrounded by a nice neighborhood of new homes. It’s so pleasant to walk my dog around the building. There’s a dog park where she likes to sniff the big rocks for boys. The garden is beautiful with lots of flowers and vegetables. It makes Affinity more of a home. Affinity at Copperleaf’s management and residents organize many events. There’s always something going on. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly and respectful. There’s an indoor pool and inviting jacuzzi, with showers and lockers. There’s a wood shop that I plan to use, a big craft room and a pub with English atmosphere. Also, a computer and coffee room. Residents are so friendly. There’s an atmosphere of contentment that I didn’t find at my last senior apartment building, which was a high-rise in Denver."

"I would not recommend renting at Affinity at Copperleaf. This place is horrible. This place is not good for the elderly. The elevator works half the time. The apartments are super small and the dog park is covered in snow almost all year. The activities you can’t go to which makes them a waste if you are working. The cost to rent here is so expensive!!! The staff here is not nice or respectful to elderly adults. They don’t care about anything. It is just not a good place to rent."
