"Update- if I could give them negative stars I would!! This place is horrible now! The new staff does nothing but send out rude emails, make up new rules, they don’t even put out Ice melt when it snows. All maintenance does is ride around on the carts. There is always trash everywhere. They charge you for rental insurance even after you give them proof that you already have it. They leave the front desk employee (young lady) might I add she is the only professional and nice employee this place has now to deal with all the issues. If you ask to speak with a manager you now have to set an appointment. There has been no Community events or even anything for the new employees to introduce themselves. They lie about everything so if you have a conversation with them you may want to record it. If you contact corporate they don’t care either. Had I known Johanna was leaving I would have left with her. This has turned into the worse place to live and this has been the worse leasing team we have had."
"Absolutely horrible, do not recommend whatsoever. If I could put 0 stars I would. The staff has been a complete joke when it comes to simple requests like asking neighbors to be respectful during the "quiet time". Not to mention it's in Unincorporated Arapahoe County, so good luck even getting the sheriffs to write a ticket. The amenities are almost always NEVER available to use. I was completely screwed out of my deposit refund for a "sanitation fee" for them to probably just wipe over all the cleaning I already did prior to moving out. The amount of potholes and damage in the complex is the worst I've ever seen. Stay as far away from this place as possible, you'll be saving yourself a major headache."
"Beware of living in this complex. The management is an absolute disaster, and no one seems to actually know what’s going on. If you ask two different staff members the same question, you will get two different responses. The only thing this apartment effectively knows to quickly take action on is sending demand letters and threatening evictions. Ask for a basic task to be completed? Good luck — you’ll be waiting for weeks for anything to get done. This used to be a lovely place to live, and one I would recommend to anyone. But if you’re hoping you’ll reside somewhere with competent management that is actually interested in working with you to solve the most BASIC of issues, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Frankly I am not sure what I pay such high rent for, because clearly it’s not materializing into any benefits for tenants. You are much better off putting that money into a house than wasting it monthly on an aggressively subpar apartment. Fingers crossed that they get bought up again. It’s such a waste for what is otherwise a lovely location."
"Average leasing experience, peaceful, quiet, quite a bit of shopping, restaurants, and breweries in the area. We have been here a little over a week. Minor issues at move in that were fixed quickly. All that is left is mailbox keys need to be made. Office staff is nice, and helpful. Nice list of amenities once I get all situated I'll be using the exercise area. Mailboxes have cameras, packages have lockers inside the office. Will use the pool area once it is operational. You can have a propane grill also!"
"I do not what is going on in the front office, someone is not keeping up with rent payments when they are paid with cashier check. This will be the second time I have received a notice for rent not being paid and yet I paid it on the first of this month. There were three office personnel present at the time I went in and yet today, Feb 14, 2024 I have another notice for rent not being paid. There has to be better accountability, which is why I always request a receipt of signature from the person that takes the rent check. It is too expensive to pay rent on line and they accept cashier checks. There needs to be a retraining or better tracking of cashier checks. There were several eyes in that office when I paid the rent on the first of February and the personnel signed and dated the stub stating the rent was paid. Apartment B107."
