"Management is horrible they never answer the phone I put in a work request 1 year ago and have yet to receive any work done in my apartment multiple things have needed work done in my apartment since then and they say I cannot call or bother them repeatedly to get the work order done what is maintenance meant for if they're not going to utilize them. They are lazy they don't want to do their job you have to do their job for them they never answer the phone ever"

"The Fox31 news report is completely true and even extends to former tenants. I lived at The Meadows for 4 years and paid my rent on time every month, never had any issues. I decided to move last Spring and thoroughly cleaned my apartment with the help of a professional cleaner. I didn’t receive my security deposit back and was charged for new paint on the walls and doors and new carpet (natural wear and tear). I ended my lease 1 month early so that played into the additional charges. Ultimately, I ended up owing $1254 to break my lease along with their assessment of “damages”. And to add insult to injury, they moved someone into my old unit less than 1 month after I moved out, so they definitely weren’t hurting for money or missing payments from my ending my lease a little early. I was told electronic payments were not allowed to make my payments so every month from August to December of 2023, I would make a money order for $250 out to The Meadows and drop it into the leasing office drop off box. Something told me to start taking pictures of my money orders prior to dropping them off early on in September and I’m sure glad I did. When I went to make my last payment in December, there was a line of families all waiting to speak with someone from the leasing office. That’s when I found out we all had been lied to and cheated out of our money. I was told I was missing $250-$500, so 2 months worth of my payments. I showed my proof of deposits and after some “digging” the employee found my money order attached to another tenant’s payment for rental of the clubhouse. This place is a mess and it’s sad because for the most part, I enjoyed my time living there and rarely had any problems. But how Pedcor and The Meadows is going about this is all wrong. I’m starting to question now if all of what I paid back was sent to me in error. Last month, I was able to get it in writing from an employee in the leasing office that I am paid in full and owe them nothing now but I know that’s not the case for the current tenants suffering at the hands of that fraudulent employee. My heart goes out to them all and I hope justice is served!"

"This is what am leaving with they have refused to come spray my apartment. I called the office three times and the lady all she tells me is they will come out Tuesday or Wednesday and they have another apartment on the list. I called back last week this past Thursday and told her I have little kids leaving in the home I cannot have this nasty stuff in my house I have cleaned and cleaned and cleaned they might be coming from outside. I had to go off on her she told me calm down and be rational I said how can you calm down when you have kids she said she does not see me calling. I told her I have and I actually spoke with her those previous times. I asked for corporates number she gave it to me in a hurry and said marry Christmas and hung up on me. They still have not called anyone to come out. I later on saw her outside talking to someone but she cannot acknowledge she forgot to send out the people to come spray. Now I have proof am going to court with this. This place is badly managed and poor service. Everyone at the office should be ashamed especially her just admit you forgot and say ok I will schedule you . She chose to argue with me and hang up on me. I called corporate I hope they see this and call me or I have to get better business involved and a lawyer."
