"This is my experience. Everyone else is completely different. I moved in when half the apartments were still being finished. The first management team was good. They were always there when we needed a repair, we had a lot of problems when we first moved in with electrical issues, plumbing, and a/c. We did get all of them fix at one point. Once they have changed management we really never seen much of them. We didn’t have any other issues. They were so understanding on late rents. We really do appreciate it! Whenever we needed a repair at the apartment they were always there within a day or two. There has been crime around the complex but it’s Denver. It’s bound to happen. I did buy a camera after my car was broken into and that did help a lot even with my neighbors. Management is very interactive. They love to do activities with the community. When I left after two years, after all there is little damage (nothing too much) they showed me my fees and property tax. Everything was smooth no problems. Brandon was communicating with me before and after the process. He’s been more than understanding. While at first we weren’t aware that our music was a little too loud (I’m half deaf) our neighbors weren’t very communicative but Brandon did a professional job communicating with us. At first he was frustrated but it’s only typical(we’re all humans). He stay professional and understanding. Overall yes the apartments were made cheap for a high cost. But it’s Denver, it’s a building community by the airport. This economy nothing is cheap. Amenities are very fancy and great to have for the price. There pool and gym all had inconveniences and were closed for a bit, it happens. But they were back up at one point. There mailing system was awesome I loved the lockers and having the app to just show up and open from my phone. So fancy. Overall camber was a great place to call home. Thank you."

"The esthetics here are gorgeous. Management is disrespectful and belittling. This summer, there was a gun fight here in the complex in the common area. There are cars stolen and broken into. Management has allowed residents w pets to poop any and everywhere on the property and not clean/pick it up. I have had packages stolen from the mail area. There is a whole mechanic shop that the resident has in the garage& parking area. Loud music all day and night from people just riding through (Cruising). I've been here 8 months. This is not a respectful or safe place to raise a family or live."
