"I have been living here for the Past 4 years, this place is awesome. Everything is done online, the leasing office people are so nice and caring. Newly moved out because I needed bigger space otherwise I would still stay here."
"I have asked numerous people in the office over 8 times over the past month. To have my front porch light fixed still nothing as happened to fix it. Also pool has been closed more then it has been open this year. Paying for amenities you can't use become beyond frustrating."
"As a current resident for this complex I would love to leave a review for everyone to read! 2 bedroom/2 bath unit: Moving in was a breeze, we discovered that the master bedroom offered a backdoor leading to the parking lot. We also noticed all new appliances that are stainless steel. They even left us a Welcome Home care package in the kitchen. There is a small patio, we do not have the washer/dryer hookup, but upstairs units do. Appearance: The visual aspect to the unit is neat. It has laminent wooden flooring in the kitchen/bathrooms. The rest of the unit has new carpet throughout. Some minor cosmetic issues were noticed upon moving in. Scratches on the mirror, two doors do not close properly, kitchen cabinets are majorly run down and need to be replaced completely. Windows are not sealed 100% which allows winters to be rough. The front door does have some minor issues, the door tends to stick which requires pushing on it to open. Also the handle is off center, so a breeze comes through. Maintenance/Office: Wonderful people all around!! Friendly and social to everyone. Armando is probably the best maintenance worker that we have met in ANY apartment complex! If I had a say so, I would definitely suggest him getting a raise. Every issue that we reported has always been resolved to the best of their abilities EVEN ON SUNDAYS. Office managers are always friendly and welcoming. Laundry rooms take odd coins that you exchange a money order for. Not the best system. Payment: Everything is done online through the website. They do NOT take money orders. The website requires you to sign in and actually breaks your rent down. Landscape: The grass is well kept. They have a company come out and spray for pesticides/ cuttings a few times a month. Leasing office does an AMAZING job keeping the sidewalks free of ice/snow. I personally seen the leasing manager shoveling snow! Parking: This is a bit of a situation. You are assigned one parking spot under the carport covering. I wish the layout for this was done a bit differently. You can getting a spot behind a building, when you live in the front. Nobody likes their vehicle out of visibility. Nor does someone want to carry a bunch of groceries around a building. If you have 2 vehicles, one will be able to park in the free parking areas. Especially during the rush hour parking. It can and does fill up fast. Pet policy: I have seen ALL types of animals here. Dogs (small/large) of all breeds. Cats (indoor/outdoor). They have bag stations all around. A major issue that is being addressed are neighbors without animals on leashes. Twice I had to rescue two different tenants dogs. Dog poop not being picked up! I walk the complex and have noticed two major areas with TONS of dog poop. Wish this policy was more enforced in the future. OVERALL: If anyone is looking for a social/afforadable place to rent, I would suggest this place. They are wonderful to their tenants and always find a way to work with any problem. Only downside it the price to renew the lease DOES go up every year."
"These apartments by far are the worst I have ever lived in. The maintenance is horrible as well as living conditions I have put several work orders and have waited weeks for them to be fulfilled. After 2 years of being and these apartments are Carpets are supposed to be replaced. Then ever want to replace them the last 2 months that we live there we had a leak in one of the pipes they replaced the pipe right away thank Gosh But the holes that they had to make to get to the pipes remain there for 2 months. We never received a call or an email when they were going to come and replace or fix them. We are now moved out thank gosh but I do not recommend these apartments at all especially one under the management of mariela she is Very rude and takes favors to tendentes so don't get on her bedside Or your apartment will remain on attended by Maintenanc."
