"I came for a Suboxone appt on Wednesday 1/19 and was told it had been canceled internally, for an unknown reason. I want to apologize to the young lady that was working the front desk that morning. I reacted rudely & after my daughter commented on the situation, I've done some reflecting and realize she's right. Whoever you were, ma'am, I'm sorry. I was probably your first interaction for the day & I didn't treat you with the respect deserved. It wasn't your fault my appointment was canceled and the anxiety/discomfort I was feeling is no excuse to be self-absorbed & unkind. I appreciate the work you all do with addicts like me. You provide an important service that helps so many! It's easy to take it for granted - that this type of clinic doesn't HAVE to exist, it exists because good people care. Thank you."

"Great idea to help people but they have a lot of issues. Like having a 24 hr prescription policy and they still can’t fill it in that time. Withdrawal may happen while your waiting for your script. Your appt takes a total of 3 hrs. Also, Williston is an oil community that has 12 hr work shifts and some people work days so how can those people be seen?"
