"Arterra Place is great. Nowadays, a lot of apartments try to charge people more with some gimmicks when they don't even offer the basic stuffs. But, Arterra Place provides. It is very quite (once you close your door, you can't hear any noises from other units). It is clean. The appliances and cabinetry are sturdy and nice. The unit gets plenty of sunlight. The communication with the employees are quick and pleasant. I moved here after my friend's recommendation, and I was very satisfied with the time I spend here. I'd recommend living here to my friends. If it wasn't for my new job, I would've lived here longer. Also, thank you Sonya for being great."
