"Save yourself and don't move in here! Since the change of names and even before that it all started going downhill. I've received several state inspections of the apartment with issues being brought up in each one and it has been years until the complex maintenance has actually taken a look at the issues that the state brought up. I was overcharged by several hundred dollars during my move out and charged twice for my first month of rent. The management of this place is clueless when it comes to basic issues brought up by tenants and the office staff is belligerently incompetent to the point of hostility. Don't even get me started with the issues caused by the door replacements and the weather stripping, not to mention the whole drafty nature of the apartments due to single pane windows and inadequate sealing around the doors. Also had one of the covered parking roofs collapse on my car. This place is a disaster. Don't move in here; and if you already have, end your lease as soon as possible."
"If you want a property manager that won’t fix anything when something goes wrong this is the place for you. Unless you get a lawyer involved, they won’t take any of your concerns seriously. We signed up to get a washer and dryer installed in our unit after they got rid of the public one, they tell told us that it will be installed one of these days. Every day I’d call twice. In the morning it’s definitely going to happen that day and in the afternoon they don’t know what happened. The first day it’s a city inspection and the next day it’s what happened the day before when they don’t have an excuse for you. I bet you anything that if they respond to this review, it’s to tell me how much they’d love to help resolve this issue and to call and email them but that’s what I’ve been doing and still nothing."
"Literally impossible to get the staff to respond to you if you call. You have to hunt them down as they will not return calls. Apartments are poorly maintained. Dog poop everywhere. Parking lot is poorly maintained and they charge for some spots. Way too pricey for the lack of actually help when you need it Edit: the response says I spoke to someone. They promised a call back and never did which is no shock. I’m an active duty service member and they are currently trying to charge me thousands for a lack of notice for terminating my lease. They are currently breaking the service member civil relief act and I’m no longer waiting to report them to the DoD for their failure to respond. Incredibly gross they took the time to reply to my review and not call me back to fix their mistake"
"*** Had a flood happen in my apartment this week. Management put two commercial sized fans in my unit that are making my unit inhabitable due to noise level being extremely abrasive towards my hearing, and no work has been done on replacing all the water damaged flooring and wooden baseboards. Reached out to management and was told the fans were good enough, and I have no reason to complain about the fans. I have not been able to stay in my unit since Wednesday and I also wfh so I have lost out on 3 days worth of pay so far due to these loud fans as well. I am in agreement with other reviews in saying my unit has so many things that were not completely finished upon renovation. I am missing baseboards all over my unit. Maintenance men have been helpful, but you can hardly ever get help b/c they are overwhelmed with all the repairs needed on the property. My toilet has leaked since day one, when I asked for it to be repaired, the bolts were replaced but the mess from fixing it was left behind. It rusted my floor and was just left as is. When I moved in I had no coax cable at all to install wifi. What a nightmare that was.. how did the last tenant not have a coax cable, or what happened to the one that was already installed? I’m being charged $70 because they had to put one in. I was referred here by a resident and she has yet to receive her referral bonus as well. I’m disappointed by what was “pinky” promised to be a perfect Reno that was done very poorly. There was a cat living in the unit before me that attacked the water heater protector and was never replaced. It also looks like my dryer vents into the closet where my heater is, I am not sure. The windows/doors are not sealed properly so you constantly fight insects creeping in, and the cold coming in. No central ac, only window units. I had to have mine replaced upon move in due to the dust and cat dander that overwhelmed me when I first turned it on. It wasn’t sealed properly upon installation and air comes in through the cracks and so do bugs."
"I moved in this apartment exactly 20 days ago, in a studio. The signs of the apartment conditions were apparent the day I moved in, because I found: 1. I could not enter the apartment the day I had to move in [ the repair guy had to change the lock for me to move in ] 1. the apartment was not cleaned up before I moved in [had to clean it myself] 2. A food tray, piece of cloth and a can of beer in the bathroom. 3. AC not working [to which the lady at the leasing office replied saying you do not need AC in the winter] 4. Sliding door not working [which is still not fixed btw] 5. Cloth dryer not working [which got fixed today, 20 days after I moved in] 7. The water in the kitchen area stopped working, but bathroom water was fine. And today was the worst. I came in my apartment after a late night work and there was yellow water all over the apartment, and I mean all over [the kitchen, room, bathroom, closet]. My clothes and apartment accessories are damaged, for which I am 100% sure I will receive no compensations. This is a SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD, which could have lead to electric shocks and risk to my life, let alone property damage. They are incredibly short staffed, with 2 or 3 maintenance guys running around to fix millions of problems this apartment has. The leasing office lady is nice, but offers no help at all. When my boyfriend tried to talk about the problems in the apartment, she said “are you in the lease? If not, please do not talk to me”. I am going to talk to them tomorrow, but I guess, just like the AC, just like how I could not get into my own apartment on the day I had to move in, just like how there was beer can in the bathroom, this is how it’s supposed to be in this apartment and I should have known better, and if your friend or your husband or your wife or your family wants to talk to them about the issue, make sure that their name is on the lease too, otherwise instead of fixing the issue that their apartment has, you will get a “is your name on the lease, then please do not talk to me”"
