Our office staff stays vigilant on prioritizing our residents with the best customer service! Having a a locker package system , doggy park and a beautiful pool deck! Excited to see the new renovations completed this June for the leasing office! :)"

"Good staff but apartments are falling apart for 2k a month. Doors so hard to open and close they break themselfs, bathroom ceiling coming apart because of leaks from upstairs. Fan pieces easly come off first two weeks here the kitches drawr handel falls off. Cant fix because they used the wrong pieces to fix it the first time. Dishwasher leaking into under sink area."

"DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP, ARE A NIGHTSHIFTER OR HAVE PTSD! The good first- 1. Moving in was a breeze and was super easy and swift! 2. They responded very quickly to maintenance requests and the maintenance staff is amazing! 3. The apartment itself is beautiful with spacious areas and high ceilings. The bad 1. Noise complaints don’t seem to matter. Our upstairs neighbors have a dog that barks and whines for hours on end. They drop items on the floor multiple times a day, play music loud, and have been heard having loud arguments with crashing objects (don’t worry the authorities were notified) We have told the office multiple times and nothing has changed. As someone who works the night shift, it’s the worst place to live and my significant other has PTSD and the loud noises, yelling and what not has a big impact. Not to mention the lack of sleep we both get because of the dog and the inconsiderate neighbors. So if you’re military or someone with PTSD or a night shift like me THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! 2. We have had multiple people staring at us through our window from the street and at this point we keep all of our blinds closed 24/7 because we don’t feel safe leaving them open even in the day time. 3. Management has changed multiple times in the recent months. I don’t recognize anyone in the office anymore."

"Beautiful apartments wish it would have worked out! THE BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO JENNIFER in the leasing office. She TRULY went above and beyond the call of duty to get get me housed!!!it really brings tears to my eyes at the fight she put up for me. Her professionalism was through the roof and though it didn’t work out I commend her and her manager for all they have done!!!!THANKS A MILLION JENNIFER YOU ARE THE BEST!"

"I just moved in and so far so great! I had to get a few days in prior to writing a review. The apartment is updated and spacious. It literally is the first place where I feel at home. I sleep like a baby it’s very quiet. Reasonable price for the area. Julian was awesome and helped make my apartment hunting journey a breeze. Parking is limited but the extra/open parks are not super crazy far from my apartment. Moving in was a breeze. I have nothing bad to say at all. The welcome home gift was cute too."
