"I enjoyed living here for a few years, the apartment layout is nice, the landscape is viewtiful my daughter enjoyed going for walks during the warm months & look at the flowers & the outside pool. Heater would go out constantly but back up electric heater & you are good. Maintenance response to emergencies was really good. Office communication is good as well. Neighbors there are weird at least when I lived there but other then that it’s a great place to rent"

"I lived here from 2008 to 2014. I enjoyed living here from the exterior to the interior. The gym, indoor pool and other amenities made it a great place to live. The office staff were great! I haven't found it's equal yet."

"I have lived in many different apartments over the years in several states. This has been one of the best experiences. Things are done a bit old school, which takes a bit longer but they vet their residents properly it seems. The grounds are kept very nicely, no maintenance issues, everything works as it should. The only comment I would make is an update in some appliances, the fridge mostly. Otherwise, if you can find availability here I absolutely recommend it! Also, the staff members are all very kind and professional, that goes a long way!"

"I loved living here! I ended up moving out of state, otherwise I'd never have left. Management is responsive and easy to reach, maintenance requests are handled promptly, grounds are kept clean and feel extremely safe. My apartment was beautiful and super quiet. More than once, management went out of their way to help me or make my quality of life better. I loved having two pools available and there were always enough parking spots. If I ever move back to the area, I will absolutely be applying again!"

"I was a resident here for 2 years. Overall, my experience was really positive. The negatives don't necessarily reflect the apartment complex as a whole, but I feel are important to share. The staff, particularly Jess, Megan, and Beth, were very friendly and knew their residents well. They were great about completing work orders in a timely manner. They also take packages at the front office so they won't get stolen. The apartment was well priced for the square footage and amenities. It's located close to 225 so you can get to Denver and other areas easily. It is also relatively quiet, not too many parties or loud disturbances. One drawback is parking; the spaces are smaller than most and people do not park considerately (parking diagonally or over the lines) making it hard to find parking sometimes. It is also not very well lit at night. The most negative part of my experience was my safety. My car was attempted stolen 3 times here, all within a matter of months. The 3rd time, I came outside and witnessed the would-be thieves attempting to break in. This was all despite having a steering wheel club and highly sensitive security system. Management was very sympathetic, and they do have a patrolling security officer, but this didn't seem to help. Ultimately, this led me to buy a new car and move when my lease was up. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend living here if you have a Kia, Hyundai, or other easily tampered with/stolen vehicle."
