"Extremely cheap built apartments, I was able to hear my neighbour's sneeze and talk and every little sound of theirs during day time when it’s actually loud Outside from traffic. You can only imagine what we was happening at night time and weekends, I’ve been sleepless for 5 months, simply had to stop doing business with this place. Management simply couldn’t deliver a better experience!"
"We have been living in this place for 5 months and we are very happy with everything. The attention in the Leasing office is very good, with respect and always willing to help you. As for maintenance workers, five stars for them. They have a great work team. Just call and they will be available at any time."
"We have lived in the same apartment for 2.5 years. In my mind that is enough time to know whether a place is good or not. Overall, this place is good. I am not going to say that the place is perfect, but it is much better than many of the places I have been. The complex is right off the High Line Canal Trail. This allows me to take my son on bike rides that are safe from cars. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants and Target. The complex is within walking distance of the RTD stop and bus stops if that is something you need. A DMV is right across the street, which is super convenient. There seems to be ample parking. We purchased the garage, so that has never been an issue. A complaint I do have is that people seem to the spot in front of my garage is a place for them to park and wait for their friends and then they get mad at me for wanting to get my vehicle out of my garage. That is not a complaint for the complex, but the people that park in front of the garage. Whenever I need something fixed or replaced the maintenance people are quick. In all honesty, they are one of the best parts of the complex. I rarely go into the office for anything other than to get a piece of mail that does not fit in the mailbox, so I cannot speak toward the office staff that much, but they have always been nice to me. I do not use the pool, but I do use their gas grills in the summer. I rarely have to wait to use it. I do not try to use it during holidays, so I cannot speak about that. The gym is nice for what it is. It is not a membership to a VASA or other gyms that require a membership. That stated, it is quiet, clean, and usually empty other than just before major holidays like Spring Break or just after the New Year. There are homeless people that sleep on the other side of the fence, but that seems to be all over Aurora and Denver is very much worse, so not much of a complaint. The complex is also right off 225. If you need to get on the highway to get to work it is quite convenient. On a really good day you can get to the airport in about 15-minutes. I rarely ever hear the neighbors, unless it is a holiday, but then that is normal. The people that have dogs usually pick up the animal droppings, and when they do not it says more about the dog owners than the complex itself. The gates to get into the complex work most of the time. When they do not it is because someone ran into it with their vehicle or in one case children that were bouncing on the gate and broke it. The apartment is nice. I really like the long counter. I have space to prep dinners, do my office work, help my son with his school work. I like that the apartment has a washer and dryer. I dislike going to the laundromat. The walk-in closet is very spacious. The garage fits my mid-sized SUV and also fits our bicycles and other things."
"We have not experienced quiet enjoyment in our unit since we moved in July. The upstairs neighbors are constantly moving furniture and dropping items on the hard floors echoing loud banging noises that shake the walls and ceiling. We hear every movement as they stomp walk throughout the entire unit, especially when they wear dress shoes. The noise nuisance happens every single day and night easily past 10pm up until 2, 4, 5 a.m. We use a noise blocker maxed on volume, all doors closed, and the TV volume up to block out all the noise. But even then, you can still hear the neighbors through it all. The leasing office failed us, they didnt work with us at all. They contacted the neighbors a handful of times and wouldn't allow us to move to another unit. We never heard from the property manager. How many "warnings" does a resident get? The after-hours patrol is a joke and non-existent. Our last resort is breaking our lease. We can deal with the back gate being broken 99.9% of the time, the piles of dog poop, the liter, residents speeding and running stop signs but I refuse to let this place rob me of my peace with constant sleep disturbances, causing me stress and anxiety not being able to rest for 5 months."
"The apartments are stunning. They’re beautiful, bright, modern, and very well maintained! We got good use out of the pool, hot tub, and gym. The office staff and maintenance crew are awesome, I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience! Especially Katie, the assistant community manager, was always helpful and kind. We had to move due to an unforeseen financial situation, and Katie helped us work through it and set up an affordable payment plan for us. Would definitely recommend living here!"
