"Better than living on the street or homeless I guess?"
"A friend of mine live there for 2 years. He had to pay $1,368.00 as deposit. He has move out about 7month now but his deposit is still not paid back to him. Anytime he go and ask the manager, she always gives stories. She is very rude. Even today. He went there land she again gave a bogus stories. And now the manager is lying and making things up just to wast his money. I help him clean up the room, we left nothing or dirt in the apartment. Now after 7 months of not paying back the deposit, she is trying to make thing up. Please property owner, you left a message for me to reach but you didn’t add any number to it. I will be happy it you send your number for us to reach you."
"Management are friendly and helpful. The residents are very helpful and friendly too. The apartments are nice inside."
"Apparently they don't like money because when I asked if I could take a look at the complex and check out a unit, Pixie Wigby never responded. The building must be roach infested or ran down because I won't pay for anything without seeing it first. Then she wanted rent and a deposit of $1,000 plus app fees and admin fees for what is supposed to be an income restricted complex for 1 bedroom apartment."
"I lived there, it's a very some time ugly place to live. Management it to aggressive and they don't fix any thing in a proper amount of time didn't like it at all. Moved out by 3yrs ago, and been in my place now for 3yrs. I have a great management team."
