""Unfortunately, I cannot recommend renting from 146 Park Apartments due to the extremely poor management. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that the management was more concerned with cutting corners and maximizing profits than ensuring a decent living environment for tenants. Maintenance requests went unanswered for weeks, and when they finally did address them, it was with shoddy, temporary fixes that only exacerbated the problems. Additionally, there seemed to be a blatant disregard for tenant rights, with arbitrary fees and charges appearing on final statements without any explanation or justification. It's evident that this management is more interested in exploiting tenants than providing a safe and comfortable place to live. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for housing." "Bed bugs and roaches they never answer the phone. When you move out they say that you owe 4x the rent they are just terrible wouldn’t recommend!!!"

"I have stay here for a year , my front door has cracks in it and I have duct taped it for a year. My electric bill is high because there is a gap on the bottom.My door was kicked in 2 weeks after moving in, I got a weather strip and have a good day. The closet doors in both rooms have never been attached. The ceiling as soon as you walk in the front door nails are falling out .My toilet is literally about to go through the floor , I have called and addressed the issue, I even wrote it on the move in paper. There is roaches everywhere, I’ve spent money to spray and they are still here . My floor sinks in , in the hallway and the tub is peeling. The people in the office are very rude and disrespectful, that is when you go in , they never answer the phone."

"No management period.. they don’t communicate at all or answer messaging left or the phone.. worst apartment experience ever!! Don’t move here they will do anything to extend the horrible experience too.. No maintenance at all.. very unprofessional all around. There has never been a manager or maintenance on site since I’ve lived here.. they also created a fake maintenance schedule to enter apartment unknown as well.. maintenance thinks when a fire alarm beeps it just needs the battery reinserted.. no the battery needs replaced.."

"My fiance moved in this July. His experience has been more than positive. He is a disabled vet, and is quiet particular, and the office has been more than helpful, the maintenance issues have been handled quickly and properly. And he is very happy with the maintenance crew, they have been very helpful in all that was asked of them, even when it was a little extra, like raising a shower curtain bar. Thanks guys!"
