"I came in to tour on Saturday around lunch time. When walking in I was instantly greeted by the leasing professional, she was very professional and pleasant to be around. Unfortunately there are no walk in showers at this community. Leasing consultant was eager to tour me and saved pricing for after the tour which allowed me to see the value in the apartment first. She was able to overcome my objections and even mentioned community offers reasonable accommodations if needed and documented. Thank you."

"This place is a worst place to live there because they took your money and don’t refund your money back is just they lied to people and trying to get your money and after tell you a nonsense First I call to cancel everything because they don’t have place until October I said I cannot wait for that so cancel everything but he told me I have somebody coming to get a keys if the person cancel I can give you this place he said that he will call me right way he never call back so I called back he said that I will refund your money now until now I did not see my money I called there nobody answered my phone called These people have zero accountability. They completely dismissed my complaint and emails regarding a civil rights violation from one of their local residential property managers. They have never once contacted me about any of my serious concerns. They condone shady business practices at their properties. They own 3 major residential apartment communities right here in parker. Shameful non family oriented. Discpicable property owners. Look them up . It's not just here .also many reviews with horrible outcomes in California. Bad water at the flats. Management parks in handicap spots unlawfully. Please be careful if you are renting in here zero zero zero on everything"

"This property seems like it would be beautiful, but there is trash everywhere. I am handicapped and wanted to stop in to the office for a tour on Saturday June 24th but a white truck with no handicap plate or placker was parked in the handicap space. My friends who told me to come tour said that they believe the truck belongs to the property manager Edrea. I am very disappointed in this. I will not be coming back. I wish I could leave a zero star."

"I am current resident and just needed to share my experience after some very helpful interactions! Justin, our maintenance professional, has been outstanding! From the first time I met him, he showed genuine care about any issue I had, big or small in my apartment. He also is a great conversationalist which makes everyone feel at ease, and like you have a friend helping you in your home. This makes a huge impact! He goes above and beyond, literally, he’s currently injured and has STILL responded to my maintenance requests. He even answered a call at 10pm on a Friday night because I smelled burning in my unit. He is fantastic and a huge reason I feel safe and comfortable at Proximo. I also want to shout out Montez, our Leasing Agent, who has been a pleasure to work with from the first tour months ago. He’s always smiling, polite, and timely. There is current construction still around the apartment complex, but everyone is respectful and they are doing a beautiful job at making this a great place to live. The amenities are as described, the balconies are huge, the apartments have gorgeous amenities. And the proximity to the metro/rail and the airport is a huge plus. I love living here, even though it’s only been 2 months!"
