"I live next to this place, my building is nice but this building has trash everywhere, the tenants throw trash out their windows, kids everywhere with no respect, gun shots, parking lot looks like a dump, car parts everywhere, they blast their mexican music all weekend until 3 am. The city should investigate this building and shut it down"

"If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. My best HASNT WORKED since I moved in. I’ve put in 2 maintenance requests that have gone UNANSWERED I’ve called I’ve emailed I’ve texted NICK REFUSES to reply last time he did he said he was on vacation so I asked for another contact number for management to which I was ignored IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND MY HEAT HAS WORKED A TOTAL OF 5 DAYS COLLECTIVELY IF EVEN THAT!!! Among all other things. Although is Colorado they MUST provide working heat by law this is one and many landlords legal responsibility laws they feel comfortable breaking DO NOT MOVE HERE"

Nicholas has fallen over backwards to help me when I had financial troubles even when circumstances were out of his hands, he has helped tremendously. I can finally call this property home after being discontented for a period of time."

"Update: In addition to all the garbage below, I finally just got my deposit back, 5 months after moving out. Getting a hold of someone is near impossible, they don't know what is going on if you do, and they lie (they said the check went out on one day but the postmark says otherwise). So if living there wasn't already a nightmare, moving out wasn't any better. Also, my old apartment has become available again, which is a rapid turnaround, which says to me that they probably didn't do anything for the bed bugs. If you listed all the bad things that could happen to someone in an apartment, you wouldn't get a list as big as what I have experienced. Two murders and the back security gate still doesn't work. Children run rampant. Police are regularly called because you can hear people beating their kids. I have had infestations of roaches, bed bugs, and flies. The best part is they refuse to do anything about the bed bugs for two whole weeks. You pay $75 a month in utilities which is essentially just water and dumpster pickup because the"included" wifi is absolute garbage. This place is terrible. Spend the extra $100 a month to live in a more habitable environment."
