"This clinic has very poor customer service. They overcharged me. I called about it and they never fixed it. They added a random charge for no reason and after reading these reviews, it sounds like I am not alone. They sent an illegitimate bill to debt collections. It is sorted now, but I never got an apology. They don’t seem to have an efficient billing process nor sincere customer service, or perhaps there is illegal activity going on. I would avoid this clinic and if you have to go, SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS!"

"Dr Fix was in the office 7-10 minutes to check me over for skin cancer and a rash I've had for 6 months. He looked at the rash and said'Its a rash. Don't itch it. He did prescribe two item for the rash with no explanation. He seemed busy and bored. He sprayed two spots on my arm with nitrogen. The bill was 524.00 and specified a 45+ minute appointment and 148.00 removal of tissue. I won"t be going back."
