"Cheap little apartments/kinda cute though. I’ve been in worse. Management means well, does what they can! The apartments are a great place to get your feet settled but not to stay as a permanent residence. The park is wonderful in the back, it’s super close to public transit. It is what it is. We did have our car stolen. So just take extra care of your property."

"Great family place! Safe, close to Park Lane Elem and North MS. Hospital and fire station around the corner. Very kind management and maintenance. Peoria station is just a little over half a mile away and Fitzsimmons rail station also not far. Great place to live!"

"Where to start ----- roaches and roaches in clean aptmt ----- mice, and bed bugs, --- cars continually being broken into for items inside and their parts ----- old cheap apartment walls with loud rowdy neighbors with either loud music and by having too many people in one apartment ----- laundry room odor entering apartment on same side of laundry room when windows are open and under wall base boards when windows are close ----- manager seems nice ----- For about the same price the new apartment building on other side of street is much much better. ----- The only good is that it is month to month, so if you take a chance staying there, make sure to get your deposit back."

"These reviews are old! My husband and I have lived here since November of 2017. The manager Erica maintains a very safe and clean environment for every tenant. We have not seen one bug or critter! LITERALLY NOT ONE COCKROACH!! In apartment living that is not an easy task. We are moving only to be closer to our jobs. We highly recommend this complex ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
