"Like the apartment and the quick responses to maint requests. Do not like all the broken down cars that take up parking spaces and don't like that our rent was increased by 15% on the lease renewal."
"I really liked this apartments, being aware that all the reviews are true about issues that we had in the apartments since the first week we moved in we had problems with . However, problems continue even after you move out. We had to move out since we had a baby on the way and wanted to be with family for the arrival. We never had a late payments in two years and half that we lived there. We gave two months notice and the last month we lived there I asked the office how much we will owe since we were returning the apartment half way the month they said 700 and something (I have proof of that) we were ready to pay it when we return the key but they kept insisting they were going to send a mail, which I thought it was weird because why not just taking the payment at once. We never got a mail so we went back to the office to ask about that mail so we can pay the remaining but they only said we will eventually get it. We never did. Now that we are trying to get another place it shows that we owe 1,400 and that it’s already in collection. This is crazy and the lack of communications this apartments management has it’s unbelievable. Now we are trying to get a written note from them so we can give it to the new place we are moving in but they are giving us hard time. Even though they already sent the bill to collection which means it’s not their issue anymore it’s collection’s. For those moving in or planning on getting an apartment here don’t say we did not warn you."
"When I lived here I had a leak in my ceilings and they send the maintenance people over to fix it but they said oh it was from the roof (I was in the middle?) and they couldn’t fix it so it just kept leaking and ruining the carpet and then I called code enforcement and they fixed the leak. got fixed like six months later and when I moved out, they charge me 400 and some dollars for the carpet."
"It's been 3 weeks or more now that I can't sleep in. My bedroom maintenance hasn't came to fix my carpet. I still got holes in my walls holes under the sink. Tub is not fixed. I want to get back in my room. I can't, even. Sleep in my bed. They are taking a sweet time to come fix my apartment. I want to rate yall a 0 But this ain't no option. They are not telling me what's going on.I want to moving so bad. I have to many issues in this apartment."
"Two years later, I wouldn't recommend. Be weary of positive reviews as well. Some of them are are not legitimate accounts and only utilize to boost the rating through google reviews. Management will attempt to address a concern after the damage is done. Clearly indicated my managements response to this review a month later... Architecture and design is pretty decent compared to others. Maintenance never addressed issues in a timely fashion and I've had at least 13 issues in the two years I've lived here ranging from insects invading through a breached window, water flooding, A/C, Heat, ect. nor was my apartment clean on the move in date. Not once did they consider 'Emergency Action' when we literally had water leakage and water damage. The lease would never acknowledge issues. Neighbors upstairs would let their pets urinate on the balcony and the urine sink into our furnishing on our balcony. After complaining to the lease, the residence above me busted my car window. They don't have cameras in my area so I couldn't move forward with charges and they took no responsibility or action. Management advice me to wait until their lease is up because they were getting kicked out for other issues... So their resolution was 'just ignore it and wait.' The lease also doesn't accept specific insurance and will charge additional fees to your lease if they don't like your insurance provider. I was never reimbursed for any of these issue regarding maintenance or communication regarding my insurance standards. ** They have a pool that was closed all summer. While the pool was being chemically cleaned, they let children swim in the water. ** The leasing office will not properly fix breaches in the apartment, yet they will charge if there are 'pest' renaming in the apartment after they inspect weeks later. ** The staff will enforce policy that wasn't agreed upon on move-in date with no documentation on record. ** Keep a copy of your original lease agreement. They attempted to hold the residence accountable for leasing conditions not originally signed."
