"Location is questionable because of surrounding chaos but the appartment them selves are responsive and attentive. Maintenance is easy to get and they do fun monthly icebreakers to keep up resident moral. Over all one of the better places I have lived. Shout out to Nate and Steve for their hard work around the property."
"I lived here for a year. I thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Quiet for the most part and perfect for a single lady with a cat. Maintenance was efficient, leasing office was always attentive, and the laundryroom was clean."
"Over the last year my bathroom has flooded from the toilet and the tub 4 times. They did replace my floor but this wasn’t the end of my problems here. My kitchen sink started flooded DIRTY water onto my dishes and kitchen floor multiple times. It even started coming up out of my floor from a busted pipe under the kitchen sink. I have thrown a lot away including dish drying racks, things stored under the kitchen sink, dishes, bathroom floor mats and shower curtains. I work from home and have had to use a few vacation days to have work done in the apartment or to clean after the work is finished. The dishes alone got to the point where the kitchen sink flooded so often that I couldn’t even keep dishes or a drying rack in the sink because it was completely unsanitary. After more than a year of having plumbing issues, I finally new place and wish anyone moving here the best."
"This is a pretty good place for singles and small families. The location is perfect and the rent was affordable (I have a one bedroom, currently under $1K). What this place is lacking in amenities can easily be made up for in the community (pool, gym, etc.). I'm completing my lease and moving on, as living here has allowed me to save for a space that meets more of my needs, but I'd likely renew if I wasn't looking for more. The apartment that I moved into was updated, with new carpeting in the living and bed rooms, and seemingly new floors and cabinetry in the kitchen/dining area. Here's a breakdown of the space: Living Room: There was a breakfast bar installed as part of a new initiative by the property manager, which kind of cuts down on the functionality of the room, but served as an okay desk space in lieu of the square footage taken up. I had my living room set up with a Queen sized daybed/sleeper couch, swinging egg chair, mounted tv, office area (at the breakfast bar) and a wall of bookshelves, with enough room to comfortably walk around or do some yoga. The wall a/c unit is located here. It's noisy, but tolerable, and has worked well over the summer. No filters have been provided, nor is it mentioned as a service in the lease, so I'm not sure if that's a maintenance request or if the tenant is responsible. Kitchen: Came equipped with updated cabinets; fridge and stove big are standard size. While there is no dishwasher, the sink does have a garbage disposal and holds a fair amount. The floors are a walnut-esque laminate, which I believe were newly installed before my move-in (November 2019). Bedroom: The one-bedroom apartment is spacious enough for a queen bed and a dresser; don't expect California King size dimensions if you like walking room. The closet is spacious enough for two people's belongings. The carpeting was new in here, as well as the sliding closet doors. Windows face the parking lot, which can be noisy, but it is tolerable with a fan. And you WILL need a fan in the summer as there is no modification to allow a window unit in the bedroom. Bathroom: This was also completely updated, as far as I can tell. The single basin vanity has enough room underneath for even a hoarder of hair products (ahem, me) with the right organization solutions. There's space for an over the toilet storage as well, but not enough room for any stand-alone storage. The tiles in the bathroom are bright white, and there is a window that allows light in. I honestly like it so much that I asked for updates to my new home to incorporate some of the elements of this bathroom. Other points: The laundry area is kept pretty clean, and servicing of the machines tends to happen rather quickly when needed. The mailboxes are in the same room, and I haven't noticed any disrepairs to the box doors since I've been here. The whole room has security cameras, just in case. The office manager, Alexa, is super friendly and customer-service oriented. I've had so many frustration with mail and packages being delivered to the office instead of my door over the past year, and she has been exceedingly gracious with listening to and assuaging those complaints. This is a pretty quiet community, and though there's always that one rowdy neighbor ;) the property manager seems to quickly deal with any issues that would impact the community. Overall, this is a cute apartment complex that has served my needs well for the time period."
"We definitely had a pest problem when we moved in. That being said, the building has been very effective in taking care of it. We haven't seen a roach in months. The location is absolutely amazing. The easy access to the shopping center and Utah park will be something we really miss when we leave. The amenities are pretty average for what we're paying and the increase in rent doesn't really make it worth it. It's a fine place to live for a while but we are definitely ready to move on."
