"the apartment is nice, but don't live here. the building I live had CONSTANT false fire alarms in the middle of the night. I had to go outside for 30 min until the alarm gets cleared for at least 10 times past year I lived here. and it basically ruined my day the next day from not being able to sleep the night before. Yesterday alone had 3 in the early evening. I'm beyond sick and tired of these fire alarms."
"Beautiful apartments, but all winter this place is a death trap. A majority of the parking lot is in the shade and remains as an ice sheet for many months. One of the few "luxury" apartments in all of Colorado that doesn't maintain their lot or care about safety."
"Lived here for a few years. A convenient nice place to live. Large windows in the apartments are great. Nice to see all the dogs around. Clubhouse events are always welcoming and fun. Being able to drive towards Speer to Downtown without having to get on the highway is a huge plus."
"Apartments are beautiful, and the large windows make the space feel even larger. However, ever since the previous manager left, cleanliness and responsiveness have both taken major turns. There's not enough maintenance staff to address work orders in apartments PLUS maintain the cleanliness and appearance of everything outdoors. It has gotten progressively dirtier at the complex. Even with the previous manager and the same amount of maintenance staff, the grounds were MUCH cleaner. The current manager just has zero clue how to, quite literally, manage a community of this size. There is dog waste everywhere, and while I understand the complex is understaffed, it is literally a health and sanitation problem that should be prioritized. Dog play areas are unusable unless you want to be surrounded by stool. Other complexes have DNA testing of stool that hold owners accountable for not picking up their dog's stool. That would be widely beneficial here. Additionally, residents smoke cigarettes on their balconies which is disgusting. It is one thing for residents to be ignorant, that will be found at any complex. But here, no one in management seems to care to address the problem. Overall, under the current leadership, it seems like there has been a progressive laziness and lack of care for the state that the buildings and grounds are in. Everyone else on the team, maintenance and cleaning staff, are wonderful and clearly trying their best. But management needs to improve in order to restore the community to what it used to be."
"I'll preface by saying I researched almost every single 1BR apartment in my price range in the Denver metro and surrounding areas. As soon as I saw High Line Pointe, I knew it was the one! Move-in could not have been any easier, the management here (shout out to Ryan!) is super responsive and helpful. The apartment highlights: gorgeous finishes/fixtures, incredible natural light (there's a 15 ft wall of just windows, like c'mon), spacious balcony, mountain views, more space and storage then I will EVER know what to do with, and alllll the amenities. Not to mention the pool, the 24 hr gym, access to the high line canal walking/bike trail literally steps away, free parking, a clubhouse that serves complimentary wine and beer? I actually have to keep reminding myself that I'm not on vacation! I could not be happier with my decision to move here. Thank you HLP!"
