"This is a thank you letter to thank bill my apartment managers who took the time during my time of stess at the begining of may 2019, with rent due, no money and no hope, and with very few answers. I am a resident at the Geneva Apartments. On may 3rd 2019, I woke up to pay my bills. I went online to confirm my SSIDI deposit. There was none, in frustraction i rechecked my account3 times and each time the results were the same as the first, no deposit. After a couple calls to SSI i was informed i needed to reapply for my benifits. The first person i had to inform was Bill my manager at the Geneva Apartments. I was stressed, i believe bill could sense this. He was very calm and spoke to me in a calm and warm tone to stop my panic. Bill made some suggestions to help me settle down and think positive he took the panic oyt of my head mind and let me know it wasnt the end of the world. If i worked with him he would work with me and i had to be completely honest with him. In the end 2 weeks later i was able to pay my rent and recieve my SSIDI from social security again. I want to thank God most importantly and Bill for giving me good faith and the opportunity to get my situation in order. Bill does and excellent job as a manager hes fair with all his renties, honest in all he says and conducts business in a professional matter. Thank you bill for youre calm and cool demeanor during my moment of cries. I am sure i was not your first renter who needed help and you helped them to see the way clear. Thank you, A friend -Bunting"
