"I've lived here 2.5 years, and it can't be beat for the price. Laundry and parking are limited, so those can be annoying. (I really wish they'd replace the pool with either a courtyard so we'd have access to some outdoor space or more parking spots. And good grief, replace the washing machines with a card system instead of making me find quarters.) Maintenance is great and I love the floor plan. It's a quiet building."
