"Super welcoming staff, extensive property to truly fit your needs and within budget within Cherry Creek is super awesome. I love how some units will have carpet, some will not, some with have a variety of flooring as well as different styles of the finishing in the kitchens. The number one thing that I was interested in was the consistent events held in the lobby. The social aspect was for sure appealing for me especially across 3 buildings. Not to mention onsite yoga and masseuse(s) !- At times I can attend - which typically never happens) I just wish there was a rooftop for the views- the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 as well as only 2 weeks free- though, I'd say is super helpful!"
"Broe real estate took over a couple months ago. It has been a disaster since then. They’ve jacked up the rent which definitely isn’t justifiable since the quality of living here has gone down significantly. There are so many units available because so many people didn’t want to live here anymore after seeing how Broe was managing this property. If we could leave right now we would. Before the ac was switched to heat the ac was broken more than it worked. It was so hot in our building. Now that the ac has been switched to heat the heating has been having problems. We also haven’t used it more than 3 times because our apartment gets up to 76 degrees during the day. So definitely think about if you’re okay with only being able to use one or the other IF it even works. When the heat was turned on for the first week my family experienced extreme allergies. It took them two months to get someone to redo our bathtub that was peeling. Our microwave broke so they replaced it with one that is literally hovering over the sink until they get a new one…it’s been about 2 months. Our garbage disposal broke someone came out to fix the leak (replace garbage disposal) it started leaking again, someone else came in and said it’s because the first person replaced it with a broken one. Then it started leaking again and no one believed me. The property manager argued with me about that and what do you know, a couple days later it was replaced again because it WAS….leaking. The hot tub never works, the pool is hot and gross. The cleaning crew definitely doesn’t do their job, you’ll see that in the pictures. The laundry machines and dryers always break. They always try to sneak in “redecorating” fees in on your monthly bill like I’m the one wanting to redecorate this complex. Some of the automatic door buttons don’t work. We went with one of the building doors unlocked for over a month. They upped the prices of renting the community rooms out. It’s just terrible, each month brings more problems. Seriously do not move here Edit: My 6 year old son cut his foot on a nail that was sticking out from under the carpet. Picture added They got permission to enter so they could fix the carpet because they were already doing carpet in other units that day. I come back and nothing was fixed… Also I’m 95% sure their recent good reviews are fake.. There has been a broken laundry cart that’s missing a wheel left out for weeks. Before I was aware it was broken it fell on my 6 month old. They did “fix it” look at the last 2 pics…it paints a perfect picture of what it’s like to live here. Very much so “Luxury living”… “Cherry creek living” They only have the heat going in building C lobby and not building A or B. I assume that’s because the leasing office is in building C and they want to make sure they look good. Garage elevators are broken…hopefully no one here uses a wheelchair. Not a secure complex, doors in A & B are always pulled open sometimes overnight too! *Dog park is dangerous. My dog got attacked and got his ear torn up and multiple punctures in his neck. Seasons did nothing and told me what I “should have done”. My dog is greatly injured and now reactive… DO NOT USE DOG PARK Better yet, just DO NOT MOVE HERE"
"It has been a pure disaster after Broe took over the property. The last straw for me turned out to be their email about PIZZA PARTY today while ALL the washers are down in the building, the only communication they shared is that they’re waiting for the new ones to arrive (they were allegedly ordered in July), no one at the Leasing Office or Concierge Desk picks up the phone all day. One of the elevators keeps breaking down, garage elevators have been broken for days. There was no hot water for couple days (not sure how long since I had to stay elsewhere due to the above). With having negative temperatures not having hot water/heating (which was another great issue) is strictly unacceptable. We all registered and paid for package lockers upon moving in, packages are being left on the table/floor constantly. People who were living here for years keep leaving due to the unreasonable rent increase, even though the quotes listed on the website are less than what they are paying now. People do not care about Happy Hours and Pizzas when essential things around the property are not operating for hours/days. 3 weeks from the first review: Sauna is out of order too now. There is no light in the pool/tub area in the evening, so you’re sitting in the dark. And they decided to repaint the hallways/change carpets even though previous property management company just did it last year. The water has been off for several hours for the last few days."
"The amenities and units are nice, but the new management, Broe, is beyond incompetent. The fully new maintenance team flooded my bathroom and spoiled my entire fridge within the first two weeks of taking over. The cooling system of Building A is out constantly throughout the summer for up to 24 hours at a time. Not to mention that my 60 day offer to renew was received late and at full asking price. Just stay far away. My full review to come shortly. Update 11/13: if you like your car being touched in a private parking garage without your consent, move here. They gave little warning on painting the railing on top of the perimeter wall. The contractor is resorting to plastic wrapping your car."
"Unfortunately from that view... someone was drinking alcohol & stealing an RV directly across from seasons of Cherry Creek. The guy was commiting grand theft auto this morning & only cause a neighbor heard him trying to start the RV without keys or permission...did he not just take a $12,000 motorhome. Anthony lives in seasons of Cherry Creek & supposedly owns it? This is very sketchy situation that might be organized crime but the cops never did much at all. They never called to confirm they caught the bike thief from the Cherry Creek mall. The security guard got the bandits bag tho at least. Who is in on it, we'll never know!"
