Reviews of Park Hill Station
"Very clean and professional staff .. beautiful place to live"
"I truly wish google gave you the option of 0 stars! Please please please, do not move here. These apartments are tiny, always dirty, staff are rude and unprofessional. Maintenance requests go unheard, and not responded to. Safety especially for kids is not up to par. Most of the doors are broken so homeless get in and sleep in the hallway, cars are broken into on a monthly, they have no amenities for their residence besides a gym which is still very bare minimum. The office will harass you for their wants and needs but ignore you when you need something done. Office hours are from 10-4pm and they still get an hour lunch which makes no sense, and 9 time out of 10 they lock their doors and just gossip on their phones in the office DURING business hours. Dog pee, and feces have been found in the hallways on numerous occasions. Please read the recent reviews. DO NOT go off of the old reviews as management was way better 3+ years ago. It’s a terrible place to live and especially if you have kids not a place for children or families. They say rent is affordable but it’s basically at the same price as most places near there. I was forced out of my lease due to retaliation for reporting them to CHFA for not fixing my fire alarm for over a year. I’m 8 months pregnant but due to retaliation I had to put my notice in weeks after making the report. I could not hold off until I gave birth because they purposely made it uncomfortable and unsafe to live there. They are never in compliance just save yourself the hassle and don’t even apply or move here unless you are at the point of desperation that you’ll become homeless. I promise you you’ll hate it."
"Wont even let delivery drivers use their bathroom. Very unhospitable."
"I was dragged along for about a month and some weeks on a decision because they kept needing stuff after weeks of waiting. I worked with them the best I could but after being lied too about move indates, prorated amounts and being made to seem like I was an issue by the manager? I decided not to sign. Because of these apartments I have to try and find a place to live in a week. From the words of the manager "I don't want residents like you that complain a lot. So we should part ways since youre not even a resident yet" That's really hurtful and confusing when all I was trying to do was understand why I was told this/that and being bait switched last second. I told her I'd still sign but I should probably report this to her company. She basically said "Go ahead people threaten to report us all the time we arent scared". Didnt realize reporting to a company that this is happening is a threat? Almost like she knew they do messed up stuff to people? To talk to someone like that is baffling. Very disappointing since this SEEMED like a great place to live. I'm trying to get away from an apartment currently that constantly lies and turns events around to seem like it's your fault. I'm not putting myself in that same situation again. It honestly felt like they purposely pushed me into a corner to say yes. The manager needs to find a new job if thats what she believes is good customer service. Good luck to anyone else who applies here."
"The current leasing office staff are very unprofessional, don’t answer phones during 10-4 p.m. normal business hours, and can never get back to you when leaving voicemails or emails! Glad I moved from over here! This company needs the original manager Julie M. BACK!!!! So sad to see the beautiful community going into the pits because the current staff is so out of the loop of things taking place there! The cameras only work when they need them to work! Can’t tell whose going around kicking on unit doors. Just horrible! Complain and nothing gets resolved! Wish I could rate the current office staff at 0 stars! Very bad for business! I once loved it there! Happy I got out when I did! Good riddens Parkhill Station!"
